Woodward Park Charmer - 2 Ba 5 Bed - Fenced yard
Summary:
Beautifully updated 4 level split home, each with living space to spread out! Three bedrooms upstairs with the 4th bedroom/flex room in the 3rd level with the 2nd full bath.
Natural light from skylights filter into kitchen with granite counters, large island for seating, gas stove and new light fixture. Dining area opens into great room and out patio doors to deck that leads down to concrete patio. Fourth level hosts additional Rec. room and separate utility area.
The Space:
Our recently updated home is a quiet oasis for you and your group during your stay in Columbus. The open living space is a great place to prepare a meal, and catch up with your group. Up stairs we have an owners suite, and 2 additional bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the other 2 have a queen bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, and double sinks. This bathroom is accessible both from the bedroom and from the hallway for the use of the other bedrooms. Fenced yard with mature trees ready to surround friends, fire-pit and BBQ. Great for entertaining indoors and out!
Downstairs (on ground level) we have a 4th bedroom with a queen bed, and also another full bathroom with walk in shower. Further downstairs we have an additional room that has an additional queen bed. We are happy to welcome any guests with accessibility issues. Our house provides a bedroom and full bathroom on the ground level of the driveway, and can be accesses through the garage which is a route with no steps. There are about 5 steps to up to the kitchen and main level, but there is bedroom and bathroom without steps needed.
Guest Access:
Guest will have exclusive access to the house and yard of our property. There are no shared spaces.
The Neighborhood:
Our Neighborhood is a tree lined street with lots of great families and houses. It is quiet, and we all respect each other as neighbors.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driverâs license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
