Tucked in a quaint street just minutes from shopping plazas and beautiful historic downtown Waxhaw filled with restaurants, breweries, wine bar, coffee shops, bakeries, antique shops, playground, skate park, railroad & much more. You will feel like you are walking through a Hallmark movie when you are walking through downtown.
You will be about 30 min from center city Charlotte and the CLT airport.

Perfect for families, friend groups or couples.
Queen size bed is in the Master bedroom - that is on lower level; closet and bathroom.
Upstairs has 4 beds in 2 bedrooms; 1 room has 2 twin beds and the other room has 2 full beds; bathroom and closet. There is a couch in the living room.
Nice large partially fenced backyard as well as a deck with a BBQ grill.
