This cozy home is modern with touches of antiques and has everything and more you'd expect for a beach rental. The kitchen has top quality appliances with everything you'd need for a gourmet meal. The cozy fireplace/coffee nook is the absolute perfect place to start the day. The living room/dining room area is great for relaxing, entertaining or curling up for a nap.

The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms with games and lots of room to relax. There is a chair in each room if need alone time. The smallest bedroom is only meant for children, so 4 adults max.

Cozy Family Home!

Lovely house for a family in a quiet neighborhood! Very well-equipped kitchen with very thoughtful amenities! Host was fabulous with communication! Would definitely recommend when visiting the Plymouth area!

Great home and amazing location

This home is a great find for any family looking for a quiet area with access to the beach. It was perfect for our family. The short walk to the ocean is through a residential area and beaming with small town vibes. We absolutely loved it. Hope to return and enjoy the house when there’s more promising weather! :-)

Fantastic stay at white horse beach

We had a fantastic week at the location on white horse beach. It was a wonderful house with plenty of outdoor seating and entertainment which was perfect for the week we were there. We got plenty of use of the beach chairs toys and umbrellas with multiple days on the beach. We also appreciated the updated kitchen as we spent a few days fishing and we were able to cook up what we caught. Would love to come back and recommend to any family.

You won't be disappointed!

Lovely home with all the amenities you could ask for while on vacation. Cute, quiet neighborhood to take a walk or play with children. Perfect walking distance to the beach and great outdoor space for grilling or lounging with a book. We didn't use the firepit, but nice option for smores or campfire stories. House was very clean with all modern appliances. Sheryl provided great suggestionas for ice cream and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely reccomend!!

Amazing Manomet Vacation Home!!

This fabulous Manomet house has everything and more for a perfect vacation. The host has thought of everything you will need to truly enjoy your stay. We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of champagne and dessert waiting for us at check-in. The home is very relaxing with a comfortable living room, a large dining table for 6+, a well outfitted modern kitchen with a cozy sitting area and a fantastic coffee station. A wraparound porch with very comfortable outdoor furniture and a large yard extends the living space for outdoor fun. Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets are outfitted with exceptionally comfortable mattresses and linens. The children’s bedroom is a special room with a boat shaped bed and ocean themed decor. The short walk to the beautiful views at White Horse Beach, Manomet Point and the Manomet Bird Observatory are not to be missed. You will have everything you need provided by the host including towels and chairs for fun by the sea. The location is convenient to local Manomet restaurants, grocery and shops just a short drive down the street. Our host was wonderful with any questions we had and she checked in with us during our stay to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. We look forward to booking this beach home again and will be recommending it to our friends and family for a relaxing retreat year round!!

Cozy is an understatement!

This was our first time in Plymouth and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the space to accommodate our teenagers and golden doodle to join together for family meals and fun family time around the fire at night. The beach was beautiful and a short walk that was enjoyed daily. We will absolutely rent again!

Great Location!

We had a lovely time at the Cozy House. Sheryl was a wonderful host and had all the ammeneties you could need. It was a short distance to the beach, which was great for our morning walks with the dogs. They loved it as much as the rest of us! Short distance to outstanding dining! Thank you!
