Nestled away in a wonderful location, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for a warm and cozy retreat! Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Uptown area of Atlantic City, the house is less than 5 minutes from the famous Atlantic City Beach, Boardwalk, Ocean Casino, Hard Rock Casino and much more!
This home is updated and designed to truly create a "Home Away From Home" feel. Comfortable and spacious! The Chesapeake Chalet will provide all the amenities needed for a perfect stay!
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room area, kitchen, laundry area, front porch, back deck, back yard and driveway. The main floor is wonderful for enjoying a getaway with family of friends, as the layout is ideal for interacting with one another. Whether watching TV in the living room, playing a game in the dining area or cooking a meal in the kitchen, all groups will be able to converse and interact well within this beautiful space.
LIVING ROOM:
-Upon entering the home through the front entrance, you will be greeted with an open concept common living space.
-There is a comfortable sectional couch, a chair and ottoman, coffee table, end tables and a large TV (There is no cable for the TV, just streaming apps).
-It is warm, inviting and tastefully decorated.
DINING AREA:
-There is a dining area that will seat 6-8 which overlooks into the kitchen.
KITCHEN:
-The kitchen is stocked with all newer appliances, coffee machine, cookware, soaps and other amenities.
BATHROOM 1:
-There is a full bathroom on the main level off of the kitchen that has a stall shower.
BEDROOM 1:
-1 Queen Sized Bed with a full trundle
-Smart TV (No cable, just streaming apps)
-Closet/storage space
BEDROOM 2:
-Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a twin trundle
-Smart TV (No cable, just streaming apps)
-Closet/storage space
BEDROOM 3:
-Queen Bed.
-There also an additional twin fold out bed frame and mattress in the closet if needed for more sleeping arrangements, as well as an air mattress.

-This full bathroom is spacious, and there is a laundry area across the hallway.
-Guests may use the washer and dryer, but please be advised that we do not supply laundry detergents.
EXTERIOR:
-You may use the front porch, back deck or back yard.
-The front porch and back deck have outdoor seating.
-There is a charcoal grill in the back for guests use. Please note that we do not supply charcoal or amenities for the grill. Guests must bring their own.
-Backyard is fully fenced in.
ACCESSIBILITY:
-This home does also have a ramp on the side of the home with access to the back door.
ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay.
-Please note that there are stairs to the second floor.
-We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING:
-Guests may use the driveway at the side of the home that can fit 2 vehicles.
-The driveway is connected to the neighbors with no divider, so always be sure to stay on our side closest to the home.

-You can on street park on the street where available.
-Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM â 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paperâno wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
