Great Place

Very clean with all the ammenities you need for your stay (except pepper according to my B-I-L :-) ) Host is very responsive when you have questions. Location is great, near shopping center etc. I would definitely rent here again if Im heading to the area.

Weekend Family Getaway

Our first tike renting a home, check-In was super easy! The host was easy to communicate with and responded within minutes of messaging. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very clean. A little further from central reno than expected but worth the little extra travel time. Would 100% rent again!

Reno vacation

Beautiful house in very nice neighborhood. We relaxed and entertained our family here, grilling and visiting in the yard. It was a nice alternative to a good hotel at a similar price with plenty of space and everything we needed. Beds and bedding were quality which you don’t always find in a house rental. Definitely home away from home. Our guest even charged their Tesla here, a nice touch.

Safe and very comfortable

Beautiful home with nice open floor plan. This place is very tastefully decorated with great backyard to relax in. Felt very safe in this house and neighborhood. Movie theater and outdoor mall literally around the corner. This vacation rental has all that you need and more. Highly recommended.

Hot August Nights Visit

This house is probably the best VRBO home we have stayed in anywhere. The location was convenient to take our classic cars to the events yet far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Nice neighborhood. The amenities provided were high quality, especially the kitchen. Cecelia was fantastic. She was quick to respond to our questions and vey helpful. This is a gem and we will stay here again if we come to the area. Excellent stay at a great home!

They surpassed what I expected.!

Awesome communication with owner. And everything was more than I expected. Made us really comfortable, close to shopping centers, patio was the best part. She was so kind and left us a coffee gift card for us to try. First time trying and now be a must every time I visit Reno. A must try. Cecile really made me feel like family and at home. You are awesome Cecile, thank you for making my family’s getaway awesome! Your the best! I highly recommend her rental unit and definitely come back to her if I ever want to stay in Reno.

Super Clean, Convenient and Comfortable Home in South Reno

This house is very well managed and maintained. We have been traveling to Reno for years to see family and clients and have always been so disappointed in the limited and honestly, not great, rentals available in the Reno area. This property was a pleasant and happy surprise! The manager communicated very well and was available for any questions, a refreshing change if you have ever stayed at a VACASA managed home, where getting someone to answer your calls is a crapshoot. The home is exceptionally well cleaned and stocked with everything you need for your stay. There were plenty of towels, blankets and thoughtful touches throughout. The beds are cozy and sheets and mattresses are fresh bright white and nicer quality. The kitchen well organized with neat and tidy drawers and cupboards. There are plenty of matching plates, cookware and glassware as well as great appliances. We loved the backyard and patio in the evenings as well as the oversized garage for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe in a a great location for heading over to Tahoe or anywhere else in the area. The owner/manager definitely takes pride in ownership and manages this property very well. We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend to anyone looking for a great house rental in the Reno/Tahoe area.

Comfort & Convenience, perfect stay, fabulous host!

What a lovely home in the perfect area for our active family! Close to the Reno Air Base for my husband’s military duty, we were able to get everywhere we needed (and wanted!) to go without any trouble! The conveniences provided by Cecelia, the owner, were perfect! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wash clothes, cotton pads and swabs - all stocked in the bathroom. Ironing board with iron, steamer, robes, fabulous quality towels, even a fan that I plugged in so we could enjoy that white noise sound like we do at home. It was SUCH comfortable and relaxing stay! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies that we needed. Coffee was provided and just the perfect amount for my husband to have a cup before work when he wanted. Appliances all worked well. A quick stop at one of the grocery stores nearby and we were all set for our stay! Our teen girls loved their own rooms with a bathroom where they didn’t have to share a sink and the couch was a perfect spot for them to sit and relax with a little TV on those moments we were actually holding still. The running trails in the community were perfect for morning runs (me) and family walks in the evening. We were delighted to be visited by the wild horses one evening too! What an experience! Communication and suggestions from Cecelia were quick and clear. I sincerely hope we get to stay here again! I would recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a home away from home! Thank you Cecelia!
