For caffeine lovers, the coffee station is complete with keurig pods as well as drip coffee for your use! Start or end your days with our fully stocked bright bathrooms that include all necessities and extras such as makeup remover wipes. Get restful nights with our comfy double/queen/king size beds. The living room couch is also a pull-out bed if more space is needed. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and mounted TV for all your watching needs! The master bathroom contains a stand-up shower but also a separate deep bathtub made to relax in after an eventful day. All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the utility room such as the supply closet and any attics/crawl spaces.

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
