Looking for an unforgettable cozy spot to make memories with your friends or family? Come check out the old laundry mat of Lead Hill.
I have turned this old town gem from the early 70’s into a beautiful and affordable space for all ages to enjoy.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath can sleep a family or group of 6 comfortably with a futon in the mud room and an optional queen size air mattress provided.
As far as venturing out, the options are endless. You can see an accessible part of Bull Shoals Lake for kayaking from the driveway. You can go golfing at Diamond Hills located in Diamond City just a few miles north and just past the golf course is the Bulls Shoals Lake where you can swim, fish, boat, kayak or just play. There is plenty of room in the yard to bring your boat and/or jet skis to enjoy on the lake.
You can always take it easy and sit outside by the fire or chill inside and watch some Netflix via your hot spot.
If shopping is more your style then it’s just a short drive to Branson Missouri where there is the Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City.
And if all this isn’t enough, the last and only still running ferry in the state of Arkansas is just minutes away in Peel.
Whatever your plans, this is the place for you and your crew to stay.

Wonderful stay

The property was super clean and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are comfortable. The owner cares about your stay and was very helpful with checkin. Don’t miss this property if you are going to Bull Shoals.

Motorcycle time

We really enjoyed staying in the cozy 2 BR cabin. The layout is perfect, no wasted space. Great place to come back to after a day of riding, Had everything you need. The host is very helpful. There is a dollar general right down the street if you forget something,

Peaceful Getaway

Everything you would need included. Clean and delightfully decorated. Private location but within minutes of gas and basic supplies and groceries (Dollar General). Has a Yellville, Arkansas address because it is in Marion County but is actually close to Lead Hill, Arkansas. Lake and Golf within a 10 minute drive.

The perfect spot...

Really liked the place and the location. far enough from the city for no light pollution and close-ish for food options. SUPER clean and well set up for 3 guys on a motorcycle rids in the Ozarks! Thank you for your hospitality and beautiful home.

Awesome 2 bedroom cottage

The cottage was very easy to get to and Close to the lake. It was very clean inside and out, it was like we were the first ones to stay there. Comfortable beds and everything we needed to make our stay great. Kris the owner made the check in process very easy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Kris

Very nice Place

The property was exactly what was explained in the listing. Very nice and clean. Was very easy to find as well. The fridge was stocked with drinks. Has everything you need to do whatever you desire. Would highly recommend this place!!!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s adorable. Owner filled the fridge with various drinks before we arrived. This place worked out perfectly for us we would rent it again. Owner communicated with us quickly to get in. Owner had a small Notebook of rules and tips for the stay which is always helpful.

The only thing bad I can say is we got very lost almost 2 hrs out of he way which I blame Vrbo directions that states yellville & the property is really in Lead Hill The easiest way for us to find our way to & from the property was I put the church name that was across the street called church of Christ in lea hill.I will say Chris the owner returned my calls & ws so helpful helping us find our way to his property.He was very kind to us also the house was very clean & decorated very well can’t say enough about how great the property owner is I would highly recommend to anyone.

This place was worth every penny!

Our stay was the best! When the owner text you and tells you he seen you have kids and goes out of his way to purchase kids drinks to have in the fridge waiting, that says something. Everything we needed was available where as most places you have go out and purchase your own. We had laundry detergent, extra trash bags, toilet paper, and everything you need that you always forget. The concrete was a hit for the kids scooters, the covered carport was a bonus to put the boat under, and the overall house made you feel right at home. If your looking to stay here don’t hesitate, it’s everything and more than the description says!

Short getaway

My husband and I were looking for a place central to some outdoor locations to hike and to ride our motorcycle (trailered it there), and this was it! Right off the highway, but set back for privacy, it offered covered parking and was easy access for the days we took the bike out. Enjoyed a trip to Bull Shoals dam and the White River one day on the bike and the next we took the car to Branson. Another day trip was a bike ride to Blanchard Springs and the Buffalo River. (Evenings at Bull Shoals lake just a few minutes away.) The house itself was nicely decorated and very clean. Loved the remodel details and quality. Host is amazing. :) We plan to revisit in the fall!

July 4th family reunion

The house was outstanding, and was perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the large patio outside the front door. We had a small issue with the shower and Kris had it taken care of immediately, very responsive owner.

Great location & property

We had a great stay, the property was great. The only issue we had was we didn’t receive check-in info until after the 4:00 p.m. time. We tried contacting the lister through email & text and never heard anything until we were almost pulling up at the property.
