Located only 6 minutes to Blue Ridge, enjoy a secluded getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains with family or friends that will be one you won't forget. This luxurious cabin features tri-level decks with unparalleled mountain views that you have to see to believe. Relax & enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit, take a dip in the hot tub, or watch a movie by the fire on the patio & then wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee.



The Space:

The home is located in Blue Ridge right off of Aska Road at the end of a private drive offering the best views in the neighborhood.



Bedroom #1 @ main level- Queen Bed, with patio access, shared bath.

Bedroom #2 @ top level - King Bed w/ attached full bath. Private secluded patio. Private bath.

Bedroom #3 @ basement level- Queen Bed - shared bath.

Bedroom #4 @ basement level - Queen Bed - shared bath.



Bathroom #1 - Main Level - shared.

Bathroom #2 - Top Level - Primary bedroom attached to bedroom #2.

Bathroom #3 - Basement level - shared with bed 3 & 4 and game area.



Futon located on the lower level. Air Mattress is available upon request.



**Total occupancy -10 people.



Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.



Other Things To Note:

- Driveway is brand new and fully paved, so please avoid making stationary turns on the driveway or parking area, start moving the vehicle before turning to help protect the surface.

- Guitar Use: There is a guitar in the home for display and personal use only. Please do not allow children to play with it, and kindly keep it stored in its case.

- We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account.

For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.



*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.





All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a private neighborhood in Blue Ridge off of Aska Rd, only about a 5-8 min drive to downtown.



Ready for outdoor adventures? The area is known for hiking, fishing, and other water activities such as kayaking and tubing down the Toccoa river all within just minutes from the home. We are also less than 6 mins drive to Blue Ridge lake.



Getting Around:

Guests will need their own transportation to get around. Uber and Lyft MAY be available but not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

- Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.

- Brand new furnishings throughout home.

- Smart TVs to login to your subscription accounts.

- Hi Speed WiFi

- Keurig coffee station with Starbucks coffee provided.

- Fully stocked kitchen.

- Pets Considered on a case by case basis - please inquire before booking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, there is a dog bed provided. Please also make sure pets are cleaned up after both inside and outside the property.

- Multiple board games, game consoles, and card games provided including "The Simpsons" Arcade Game, & Corn Hole! (Corn Hole is located on jacuzzi level in storage next to jacuzzi on patio).

- Bathroom essentials provided.

- Multiple work spaces available for remote work.



- Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM.

- 10 mph on road.

- NO events or parties allowed - no exceptions.

- No unregistered guests allowed on property.

- Please do not feed wildlife.



Please note: If any of the above rules are broken or if we receive a call from neighbors or authorities, guest will be asked to leave the property immediately. We love our community and want everyone to be able to enjoy the peace and tranquility that the space provides. Thank you for understanding.
