Milton hurricane has damaged my pool cage., currently the pool is âopenâ. I will be giving an additional discount for the inconvenience until it is replaced. I am on scheduled to get it replaced in a month. - // -Beautiful 1700sqft home perfect for Family & Friends getaway, located on 0.5 acre lot with a swimming pool. Jacuzzi is available October-March season. Home sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood with privacy and is easily accessible. Plenty of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enough space for a family up to 8 + crib for the little one. WIFI included. Backyard leads to a preserve with trails to jog, walk, bicycle. Long driveway to park. Public Boat ramp nearby.

Englewood is a nice quiet Gulf coastal city. From this home youâll have quick access to the Manasota Beach. There are plenty of fishing opportunities and water excursions available for you to explore. As well as plenty of golfing opportunities.
We recommend the Eco-tour of Lemon Bay where you will see dolphins, manatees, and other aquatic animals.

I don't enjoy the snow as much as I used to.. So I've decided to split my time between the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and the beaches of Florida. And I absolutely love it. I get the best of both seasons.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
My house nestled in a quiet colde-sack, with very little traffic, Very safe area for kids to play outside. It is super close to the Manasota beach.. and the house is just soooo cozy- especially on the outside,, giving me that 'vacation mode/vibe' .. Home away from Home..
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
My house backs up to a state preserve park.. where you can ride, walk or jog through and enjoy the 'jungle wild life''... :) its really a unique experience.. the trails are marked, but be sure to spray bug repellent first. It would take about 25-35minutes to walk to the beach through the trails... My house has a saltwater pool and a free standing jacuzzi for those cooler winter nights..
