Great Location

The comms with the Hosts were spot on. We really enjoyed the time spent on the porch watching the boat traffic on the river. Also, the location to the downtown restaurants and bars was ideal!

Great location, lovely view.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in historic downtown New Port Richey. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with stunning views that took my breath away. The home itself was elegantly designed with attention to detail, making it a perfect blend of comfort and style. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent management. They were not only friendly and accommodating, but also easily accessible for any questions or concerns I had. Their prompt and efficient communication made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. The combination of a stunning home and exceptional management truly made my stay unforgettable.

A slice of heaven!

Every aspect of this rental was terrific. Clean, quiet, picturesque. Actually deserving of more than 5 stars. Emperor Rentals made the check in and out seamless. Plus they were quick to respond to any messages I sent. Beautiful, just beautiful.

Paradise

I had a wonderful stay at the house at Port Richey. It was a great neighborhood. The river was so awesome. I enjoyed setting on the front porch in the morning watching the birds and looking at the river. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home.

We throughly enjoyed every minute of our vacation. This house was exceptional! Kitchen and bathroom were perfectly stocked. The house was throughly cleaned to perfection. The beautiful view of the river and watching the sunset in the evening made our stay even more spectacular . Our only concern at that time was in regards to parking. If you have more than two cars, inquire about additional cars, otherwise you'd have to make accommodations for extra parking. That being said, this house is a gem. Management team was very communicative, responds quickly. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Fun Getaway in Perfect Location!

We stayed in this lovely home for 2 weeks - the location is perfect - downtown is within walking distance and the riverwalk is an added bonus. The hosts communicated regularly and were very responsive.

Cottee River Stay

Very pleased with the house, location and proximity to the Downtown area, lots to do! The Master bedroom needs a new mattress, the foam topper is unacceptable. The floor at the front door entrance and threshold from the dining area to the kitchen needs to be repaired. The bathroom cabinet base molding needs to be fixed instead of stuffing paper towels in the cracks to stop the Palmetto bug issue, same goes for the dishwasher. I found several dead Palmetto bugs in the closets and in the bathroom, they did come out and spray, but it didn't seem to solve the problem. The front screen door needs to be repaired as well, it could use a new screen and door closer. The couches could use a good cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience. I would return if these concerns were corrected.

Absolutely amazing family vacation home!

My family and I had such an amazing, comfortable stay at this lovely home! The location is ideal across from the Cotee River with a boardwalk and fabulous view! We even saw a dolphin and manatee! It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, we felt comfortable walking from house to downtown NPR and back in the dark. We were so close to I19 which took us to all the places we wanted to visit within one hour or less, including Tampa, Dunedin, Clearwater, Weekee Watchi, St Pete’s … Starbucks was even a 5 min drive! The house was clean and had what we needed. The communication was always immediate and we felt very well taken care of before and during our stay! I highly recommend this home! Oh and definitely check out The Social rooftop patio!

A beautiful house with a fantastic view!

Clean, bright, and met all of our expectations! Just an A+ experience! The view out the front window was spectacular... we enjoyed watching the various boats cruising down the Cotee River, the ducks, and the people. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you Mevon, you were a dream to work with! We'll be back!

Immaculate river front home, walk to down town

This home is split into three units. Unit A has a screened porch overlooking the river and the promenade where there are people strolling, many with dogs, most very friendly. Easy walk to down town NPR which is a charming riverfront community, lots of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops. The house is older, but has been updated and was spotless, with a well stocked kitchen. Spacious living/dining area The couple in Apt B were friendly, super nice but not at all intrusive. Had a couple of very minor issues which the management team addressed immediately. A great place to get away from the cold up north.

Highly recommend

Awesome home right on the river! My family and I throughly enjoyed ourselves with everything from the small touches for the kids like books and games to the list of things to do around the neighborhood like visit the homemade ice cream shop right by a beautiful park! Not to mention the house was perfect with a big table that fit the whole family and a beautiful kitchen to make meals. We loved it and highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!!!

The house was so cozy and nice. Location A+++ I absolutely loved our stay here! The river is something else. A must do is rent the boat dock - rent a boat, and enjoy the dolphins, swimming holes and bars!

Quaint home on Cotee River Port Richey

Property was just as described. View from windows of River was so relaxing. Place was decorated with a welcome vibe. Good in between location for Weeki Wachee and Tarpon Springs..
