You're going to love staying in this beautiful Port Charlotte home! Inside, a bright and welcoming living space enjoys an open concept that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and is dressed in soft, carpeted floors and lots of attractive furniture and decor. When you're not out on the water or enjoying a good hot-weather hike, kick back in the living room to watch a good movie or show on the TV before heading into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the glass-top dining table with seating for everyone. The kids will love splashing around with the pool noodles and blowup chairs or relaxing in the spa while you catch up with old friends on the screened-in patio with southern exposure. You can even mix up a few refreshments with the private wet bar.

Don't forget to fire up the gas grill for those fun summer barbecues, and don't worry about stains because the washer and dryer will take care of anything the kids pick up. You can use the free WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure or post your favorite memories to your social media. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, each with its own TV and the primary room with an en-suite bath. Good thing too, because with all the fantastic local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby (not to mention Englewood Beach), you'll appreciate the long and luxurious sleep you get. Baby/toddler supplies for your little one's comfort include: high chair, stroller, pack n' play, crib mattress and bedding, baby blankets and wash coths, baby gate.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool service will be on the premises briefly on Tuesday of every week (with some limited exceptions). Landscapers will also periodically be on the property.
Pool heat is available from October 1 until May 1. Paid in advance by guests.
The pool spa will only heat up to pool temperature and will not supply bubbles. It is an extension of the pool, not a hot tub.
This home's maximum occupancy (six) refers to any combination of adults, kids, toddlers, and infants.
Family friendly amenities include the high chair in the kitchen, pack-n-play and baby gate in the bedroom, and a stroller for your ease of comfort

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring camera is set up at the front door, there are cameras directed down the sides of the home, and there is one pointed at the pool equipment
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
