House was very nice, nice neighborhood. Was very clean close to the park we had our tournament at. Loved the back patio would be perfect for little ones had playground area. Would definetly stay the again!

Everything was wonderful! Enjoyed the peaceful private location and us 4 senior citizens played cards at night in the covered patio. Walks in the historic King William area. Close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, etc. Bev was so gracious and accommodating. We would definitely recommend.

Peaceful fun family time

This house was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. We had a wonderful time seeing our family and visiting. We were able to do a couple bbqs and played games. Our little ones loved the yard. One of our kids is autistic and i picked this home because it looked safe and had a swing set, he loved it! The only issue is theres' a drop in the garage floor and alot of us almost fell coming back in and we did have 1 person fall and get hurt. There is a sign but unless your looking for it, its easy to miss...maybe good to send in email to clients before checkin and let them know. We would definitely stay here again, easy access to everything, quiet neighborhood. Ty for allowing us to use your home. Blessings!

Fabulous

We had such a wonderful stay, we were 3.7 miles to the families home/business and 4 miles to funeral home and same to the cemetery, and close to shopping and restaurants. We will keep this in mind for when we come back to Brownsville.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

This is a beautiful home that is very clean and comfortable. The best part was the dog friendly back yard. I would definitely rent this place again.

Brownsville Stay

Loved the property and layout of the house. My only complaints are that there were only 6 towels for 8 people. Had to borrow towels from my brother's house. Also the floors could use a good mopping. I walk bare foot and my feet were extremely dirty after walking on your floors. But the place is very nice and would rent again.

Birthday weekend

We enjoyed the house we were there to celebrate my husband's 50th. house was big enough and cozy enough for my family to stay. close to everywhere we needed to be. host was responsive. i left my wedding rings there and didn't realize it until way after out checkout. Thank you for the quick response and finding them. Will keep always keep this place in mind when we go and stay in Brownsville. Definitely a great place.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

We recently stayed at this property for a few days for a friend's nearby wedding and were very happy with our visit. We had a minor scheduling issue (us, not the owner) before we arrived and the owner was very amenable in assisting us. Everything was as described by the owner and in the photos. The fans in the bedrooms were great as we like white noise when we sleep, but traveling with a fan is not always an option. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. The patio area was wonderful. Walmart and the main roads were less than five minutes from the property which was very convenient. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family

My family including 2 toddlers stayed for the week. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. TVs in every main room, adequate seating and beds, swing set in back yard for kids, washer/dryer. Lots of little extras to make your stay easier. We will definitely try to book this property again if in the Brownsville area!
