Walking distance to Fort Lauderdale's best mall the Galleria as well as shops and amazing restaurants. The beautiful George English park with tennis, paddle boards, kayaks, boats, really everything that you can want or need!
You are right in the heart of all the wonderful things South Florida has to offer!
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE THIS HOME!! NO PARTIES or Loud activity ALLOWED!! MEANT ONLY FOR RELAXING and PEACEFUL Vacations PLEASE!
QUIET HOURS MUST BE OBSERVED 9pm-9am in the outdoor areas.
Low music and low voices enjoying our paradise here are fine within reason. Remember you are living your best life on vacation but other homes around you are living and working and sleeping during normal hours so you must have great respect for this awesome peaceful neighborhood!!!

This property has been newly renovated and is spotlessly clean. It is an an ideal location, walkable to both the beach and the famous Gallery Mall. The heated pool is private and makes for a very relaxing vacation.
