Our one bedroom, one bath condo offers a private, west-facing deck that looks over Lake Padre along with a private boat slip and fish cleaning station! We offer a king size bed, a full bath, washer and dryer, full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a queen sofa sleeper, cable, wifi. and much more! During your stay, enjoy a walk to the beach, a dip in the pool, fishing off the deck, or dinner at one of the many great island restaurants.

This is a ground level unit. There are stairs to exit the deck that goes down to the boat slip area. Our condo is furnished with all the necessities you'll need to have a stress-free get-away. There is a washer and dryer for use in the condo with detergent. We provide a king size bed, sleeper sofa, extra bedding, and blankets. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Beach necessities, such as towels, toys, and chairs are on hand. Cookware, utensils, and dishes are supplied. All linens included.
