Prairie Life is a wheelchair accessible tiny house celebrating the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge and its creatures. Prairie Life offers a private patio with access to a community grill. Relax in the community grain bin gazebo, use the shared grill, or explore our quaint town. Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, trails and Bath Lake swimming. Tiny house has Smart TV & WiFi. Join us at InnHabit, Medicine Park’s gathering place! Perfect for Fort Sill Graduation Stay


Noel and Julie are often on site and available for any questions, recommendations, or other things you may need.

InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park. Our resort has 10 tiny houses arranged in sets of 2 tiny houses each, and coming soon are 2 restaurants, a craft beer tap room, and 4 tiny shops. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk down the street. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events. Guests that reserve Prairie Life will have their own patio with wicker chairs. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.
Note: The upstairs landings and rooftop decks are for second floor guests only. Please enjoy the comfortable chairs on your patio or the seating throughout the gazebo.

The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Prairie Life is one of the first floor tiny houses, it's blue and it is located in the southwest corner near the ballerina carving (to the back right if you enter from the InnHabit arch). It has a queen bed and a chair that makes into a twin bed, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

Innovative idea for a property! Convenient for being able to walk anywhere within the town in a few minutes. Bed was comfortable. If you are looking for a stop in a small town for a few days, this is a good place!

This was our first time staying here. We loved the location and the walking distance to the river and downtown medicine park. The Ale house was an awesome place to wind down after the daily activities. The popcorn place was great to get a great snack. I would recommend this place to others and would stay here again.

Perfect little Getaway

We spent the night at InnHabit at the Prairie Life house. It was clean and cozy and close to all the fun shops and restaurants! We loved the setup and all the artistic details. We are looking forward to coming back again soon!

Our stay was wonderful. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We used the grill in the gazebo. The microwave in the tiny house was too complicated for me to figure out how to use it. Would recommend staying in a tiny house. We will definitely stay again.

We loved the tiny house prairie life, their was plenty of room for my husband to get around and it was so cute! The whole place just makes you smile. We really enjoyed the central area with the fire pit.After going down to watch the polar plunge we came back and started a fire under the pavilion, it was so nice. Others that stayed the night also joined us. We will definitely be renting again, next time it may be us girls! Sunday morning i went out to make sure all garbage was picked up, i found quite a few cigarette butts on the ground, i picked them up. You can’t throw them into the fire, so you might think about putting a few containers with sand in them for butts. Thank you again for everything, it was an great stay and we will be back soon.

INNHABIT WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR OUR REUNION. Everyone that booked a “POD”reported how fun and unique and enjoyable the area’s setting is !! We all loved the silo type pavilion. It was spacious enough for what we needed. I decorated it with hanging flower planters (6) and a hanging sparkly three sided bulldog(mascot of Minco) in the center above the fire pit amongst the twinkling lights. The temperature outside 90 plus was hot so we brought in 2 Swamp coolers that really helped . No one got overheated. THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IS THAT THERE WERE OUTSIDERS THAT INVADED OUR SPACE BY HAVING A LIL PARTY ON TOP OF THE OU/PEACE PIPE PODS.. long after we went to bed!!

Cozy, great location. Can walk to everything. I wish the large window had outside tint, so we could have left curtains open for sun, without people being able to see in. Just suggestion. Great place!
