This inviting cabin is everything youâd hope to find in the Catskills! With an open-concept layout, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, it's the perfect mix of comfort and convenience.
Whether you're visiting for a weekend or planning a longer stay, this home is ideal for families and small groupsâespecially during ski season.
Seasonal Rental Opportunity
Available for seasonal rentals, this cabin is located just 9 miles from Plattekill and 11 miles from Belleayre, making it a fantastic home base for skiers and winter adventurers.
Private, Wooded Setting
The cabin sits toward the end of a quiet, dead-end road, offering privacy and a peaceful woodland setting. Youâll enjoy views of the nearby mountains while still being close to local amenities.
There are a few other homes on the road, but youâll feel tucked away in your own serene retreat.
Outdoor Space
Set on 1.6 acres, the property features both sunny and shaded areas for outdoor fun. A mostly flat lawn is great for lawn games, while the spacious front porch is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening.
Entry & Mudroom
Enter the home through the mudroom, which includes a laundry area and plenty of space for coats and boots. This area is especially handy during snowy or muddy seasons.
Open Living Area
The main living space is bright and welcoming, with a country-style kitchen that includes everything you need to prepare and serve meals.
A wood stove adds warmth and cozy ambiance during cooler months, and a large window fills the space with natural light.
Thereâs plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, perfect for movie nights or board games with friends and family.

Just off the kitchen, the dining room features a large tableâideal for shared meals, remote work, or game nights.

We love animals, but this home is not a pet-friendly property. No dogs, cats, or other pets are permitted. This policy helps maintain a clean, allergy-safe environment for all of our guests.
Quiet Hours & Neighbor Respect
We love our neighborsâand we know you will too! Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
Check-in: After 4 PM
Check-out: By 11 AM
Early or late check-in may be available for an added fee with at least 24 hoursâ notice. Same-day requests cannot be guaranteed due to cleaning schedules.
Weâre available by phone or email if anything arises. This is a private homeânot a hotelâso response times may vary slightly, but weâll do our best to assist you promptly.
Important Travel Info
There is no cell service at the house. Please enable WiFi calling on your phone before arrival so you can make and receive calls over the internet.
We recommend saving or writing down key check-in detailsâsuch as the address, door code, WiFi info, and host contact numbersâin case you lose signal while traveling.
A vehicle is required to get around. There are no ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) or reliable taxis in this rural area.
Winter Travel Advisory (OctoberâApril)
Delaware County is mountainous and beautifulâespecially in the winterâbut snow and ice are common. Please plan accordingly.
We strongly recommend:
AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles
Winter or all-season tires with solid tread
Avoiding 2WD or RWD vehicles in snowy or icy conditions
The driveway is plowed and maintained in the winter. A shovel is provided to help you clear walkways if needed.
Country Living Note
This home is located in a rural, natural area. While the exterior is professionally treated, insects or mice may occasionally find their way insideâespecially in cooler months when they seek warmth.
If you are especially sensitive to wildlife or critters, this may not be the best fit for your stay.
Water & Septic System
The home uses a private well and septic system, which is typical for this area. Please help us care for it by:
Conserving water during dry spells
Avoiding water games (sprinklers, kiddie pools, Slip âN Slides)
Only flushing toilet paperâno wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products
Misuse can lead to water shortages or costly repairs, and we appreciate your care and consideration.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays. Outside of those dates, time adjustments may be possible with at least 24 hoursâ notice and are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply for significant changes.
- We have awesome neighbors; help keep us awesome neighbors too.
- No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests.
- No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage.
- No pets. I know, we love them too.
- No ATV's, snowmobiles, fireworks or firearms.
- Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
