Best location in the middle between downtown bustle and convenient shopping. Our home will amaze you with the light, spacious, and energizing feeling you get just by entering. The entire house is designed for restoration and wellness. All 3 bedrooms are cool, calming, and uniquely decorated to bring you deeply into peace and sleep. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen w gas range/stove, space for dining table if needed, or keep the room as part of the spacious yoga room. Downstairs is the private massage room w steam bath, and the best local therapists on call for you during your stay. Huge garden, hammock, flowers, and many green places to sit and enjoy the outdoors, although you'll likely be eager to enjoy the hikes, trails, lake, springs, and more of the most charming places to visit in lovely Saratoga Springs.

Namaste! We're the Dogra Family: Sanjay, Laura and Little Babbu, hosting families, friends and solo travelers in our Saratoga Springs home since 2018.
We LOVE where we live, and love it more and more by sharing it with others. Our idea of the best night out is a walk into town and enjoy wandering in and out of our city's vibrant Downtown stores, restaurants, parks, natural springs, and (of course) ice cream shops. On a beautiful Summer day you'll find us fishing, hiking, or eating outside in Saratoga's incredible Spa State Park if we're not in the garden at home, which usually leads to a nap in the hammock.
As part of our motto, we absolutely require all guests to COMPLETELY AVOID BEEF in Arogya House -- no cooking, no eating, no storing in fridge. This is to respect and honor the traditional yoga and ayurveda services offered in the house.

When you step inside the house you'll feel the meaning of "Oasis". We are very intentional with our home, and have created each room with a lot of joy and enthusiasm for its use.
Downstairs, the living area stays cool and the oversized leather chairs beg for watching movies, reading books, or popping open the recliner for a cat nap.
Upstairs you'll be happy just by seeing the radiant light flooding through oversized windows onto greenery sprinkled in every room, falling to the beautiful woodgrain floors. In each of the bedrooms there's a unique approach to cozy, from colorful and light, to antique and warm, to simple and elegant.
Outside, Arogya House is like no other. Enjoy a big vegetable garden which you're welcome to eat from all season long, and even bigger flower and herb gardens as far as the eye can see.
We call the back yard "Our Shire" because we love the feeling there most -- nothing complicated, but full of the simple pleasures of Summer: fire pit, twinkly lights, colorful flowers, a hammock for 2, veggies growing in the garden, and table to enjoy a meal.
