Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

Neighborhood:

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

This was my first time staying at a rental property and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and everything that we needed was pretty much there. My six year-old boy enjoyed the pool and all the games that they have on site. Kayla and Matt were very attentive, answering any questions that I had promptly. Will definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I could not be happier with the accommodations and the level of thoughtfulness and detail from the property owners.The house itself was meticulously clean, well taken care of and perfect for our weekend trip.In addition to the accommodations, the amenities and extras were so thoughtful. They took great care in making sure the stay was comfortable and convenient.Will absolutely be staying again.

very relaxing

in town for a few days and luckily picked this home to stay in. it is very comfortable, very clean and spacious. It has everything you need for the beach, the pool, cooking, etc. Groceries are just a few minutes away. Several great restaurants close by. I thought the owners have decorated this home with a great balance of vintage & modern. Love the floors and tile. They communicated after check in to make sure we were good. The pool is amazing as is the backyard lighting. It was a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This was an easy 5 star review for me. The description and pictures are 100% accurate but don't tell all the nice little touches in the home. This is my first rental where I don't have any little issues or annoying things to complain about. If Matt and Kayla owned all the rentals the world for us travelers would be a much better place. Book with confidence!!!

Fabulous Oasis!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! Our adult daughters joined us for our stay. Our older daughter works in hospitality and was very impressed. Matt and Kayla have thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay. House was very clean and very well appointed. We had plenty of dishes, glassware, plastics and koozies for the pool, pool floats, beach chairs and toys, linens and towels. I will absolutely stay here again when we visit our friends in Boynton Beach!

Best Owners!

We have rented this home from Matt and Kayla twice. Returning to a rental is a high compliment, and these fabulous owners deserve it! The house is very comfortable and they have truly thought of everything needed for a wonderful vacation in the Oasis! The property is well maintained, very clean and well stocked with towels, beach items, kitchen items and pool needs. They even supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and beaches. We love just hanging out by the beautiful pool. We will definitely be back for a third visit next year! Thank you, Matt and Kayla!

Birthday Barbecue

My trip at Dip N Sip was absolutely flawless. Kayla and Matt were nothing less than exceptional hosts. I had informed them I was going to be spending my birthday weekend there and they were communicative understanding and so unbelievably kind (they even left me a birthday package !). Their home is beautiful, spacious and well equipped for stays and the back yard is an absolute dream. Once you’re in there will be no reason to leave as they truly have thought of it all. They even included infant supplies (bibs,High chairs, crib mattress etc.) when you include them on the itinerary. Will be back here absolutely amazing

Exactly what we were wanting! We spent 6 days at this amazing property. We didn’t want to leave! Our family & friends were in town to celebrate our wedding. We looked for Venues for our very chill & low key event. After looking around we realized we had the best place for us exactly where we were. The house is VERY clean & well stocked with anything you want. The back patio & pool was the star of the show. The owners are amazing & very responsive! Quite neighborhood close to many things. Fun Florida feel that made our wedding week an amazing celebration!

Home sweet Home vibe

Drove 20 hrs to a nice clean home. House is equipped with daily essentials. Everything is specifically labeled. All in all, we left happy and will be coming back for future vacation stay in this home. Quiet neighborhood, pool, good central air, all stores nearby.

Great place for family trip

The property made it easy to travel with kids. Not only did they provide a pack n play but the mattress, black out curtains, puddle jumpers, pool toys, beach toys, easy! Happy with our choice in VRBOS! Thankful!
