This beautiful mountain home sitting in the treetops looks down on Mountaintown Creek, home of many of Georgia’s native trophy trout! Previously known as "Above The Water"



 





A good long soak in the hot tub after a day of fishing in the chilly mountain waters compliment the outdoor mountain experience. The spacious screened-in porch that overlooks the creek is the perfect place to have a meal, take a nap, read a good book, or all of the above! It comes complete with all the sounds of nature in the background.







Inside the experience continues…..The great room’s focal point is the beautiful river rock wood burning fireplace, a 50” flat screen TV and plenty of windows to take in the woodsy mountain setting. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area has everything you need to whip up some fabulous meals.







There are two King Master Suites in this home, one on the main level and one on the upper level, both equally luxurious. Both have a wood burning fireplace, 50” Flat Screen TV’s, private baths and they both have access to a screened-in porch.







The loft area has seating, a TV  and pool table if you feel the need for some added excitement.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $150 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, a Coosawattee Gate Pass Fee (this covers you to be able to get into the Coosawattee gate it is not a physical pass) guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
