Great property, beach is out the back. Using the dryer was a little difficult but definitely not a big deal. Portable AC unit was very helpful. Would come back again!

The location of this condo is great with the ground floor access to a large grassy area right in front of the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. However, the bedroom has only one window which opens to the street side. It’s located right beside the elevator and lock boxes so it was very noisy with people talking during the night. The bedroom doesn’t cool down sufficiently with the ceiling fan which necessitates leaving the window open. Arrangements for parking during construction were inadequate.

We loved our stay - from the turtles on the beach, to being able to walk right out onto the lawn with the beach views, and having easy access to food trucks across the street, our stay was wonderful. We’re a family of four with two boys under 4 and the place fit us perfectly. We’ve been to Hawaii over ten times and this was by far the most convenient stay. You really can’t top walking directly onto the beach.

Parking was poor due to construction. AC was not working when I entered as there was air escaping through a leak in the window. Half of the fans aren't working, and the room was quite stuffy and hot. The actual entryway was also dark and a little grimy. We ended up booking a hotel elsewhere instead and stayed there as we couldn't get support from the host until the next day.

Aloha. I'm sorry your trip didn't go as planned. Within minutes of check-in, you told me the AC wasn't working and a window was broken. I apologized and arranged for our maintenance crew to come fix it, just as a hotel would. You left before we had that chance. Our crew had inspected the AC on Thursday, right before your arrival. They checked it again after you left. The AC worked fine and the window was not broken. We texted you photos and video showing both. We feel this review is unfair, since you stayed less than 30 minutes and never gave us the chance to help. Parking has since been resolved, and guests now have an assigned space. Mahalo, Kim

Loved our time here at this VRBO! Especially the privacy of the beach, being around the locals, and the location for all our excursions. The only thing that was tough was the lack of AC. Pro-tip: open the back AND front door to really get the breeze going! They stocked the place with bug spray, sunscreen, scuba gear, beach chairs, beach towels… it could not have been better! I did not want to leave. Definitely try and wake up early to catch the sunrise and turtles on the beach at least one of your mornings!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful private beach that made the whole trip feel extra special. The property is a little dated, but honestly, it was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, relaxing, and a great value for the price.Kim was amazing to work with and incredibly accommodating, which made everything even smoother. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable getaway.

Honeymoon

Loved this property for our honeymoon. Only stayed here the last 2 nights of our vacation but wish we would have found this place sooner. Great location with the beach right in your backyard. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place off the beaten path

This older but clean, cozy, fully stocked, lovely condo without all the fancy amenities was perfect for us. We loved being on a private beach with quaint towns and shopping nearby. Host was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Wonderful piece of paradise

This property was perfect for wanting to be on the beach and away from the city. It was close enough to get to anywhere on the island within 45 min to an hour. The scenery was picturesque and the condo was in great condition and clean. Would definitely stay again.

1st Oahu Island trip

Wonderful trip.

The condo was wonderful with all the extra amenities that you forget you need. This is a very quiet quiet part of the island which we really enjoyed.
