Gulf Front, Sleeps 8 in 2 Bedrooms | 10th Floor with Garage Parking | Steps to the Beach

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad you brought the sliding door to our attention, and we especially appreciate knowing that the initial repair did not fully resolve the issue. We’ll be following up so it can receive the additional attention it needs. We do our best to address every maintenance concern as quickly as possible. While non-emergency items can sometimes depend on vendor availability, they are still a priority for our team, and in this case we were able to have someone scheduled within a day of being notified. We also appreciate your comments regarding the grill location. Guest feedback like this helps us better communicate property and community amenities so future guests know what to expect before arrival. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us continue to improve the guest experience.
