Waterfront 1 level Lakehouse with 108' of Unobstructed Views & HUGE Shaded Yard

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept living. Sleeps 10 comfortably - Room for 2 additional people. FANTASTIC view of the lake (open water) sets the tone for a relaxing stay. NEW, IMPROVED Boat Dock to take advantage of our gorgeous sunsets. The boat lift is NOT available for guests to use. We do have boat cleats on our dock and mooring whips for our guests.

Modern kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, microwave, blender, lots of spices and cooking oils, pots, pans, baking sheets, towels, paper towels, plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Lots of gadgets for cooking at home to take in the amazing view.

Each adult bed has extra comfort bed topper with plenty of extra pillows. Beds comfortably sleep 10 with extra space for 2 on the couch or blow up bed.

Our BRAND NEW dock (September 25) is equipped for a boat tie off with whip moorings, we have 2 kayaks, a paddle board and water toys galore.

*The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a couch sleeper or blow up bed to accommodate 2 more (6 adults and 6 children)*

We have covered outdoor patio seating for 12 to take advantage of the calming water. We also offer a screened in porch if you don't want to sit in the open air. It is perfect for morning coffee or hanging out while the kids play in the spacious yard.

We have a propane grill on the covered patio - one side is for grilling and one side is for smoking [pellet smoker. You will need to bring your own pellets]. We also have extra fold-able tables available for you to use in the garage.

The backyard has plenty of space for outside games (we offer corn hole and ladder ball) . The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.

* Pets: We are happy to accommodate your dogs (under 50 lbs please) - 2 maximum. There is a mandatory Pet Fee.

Family vacay

Property was super clean and nice. Plenty of soap, towels, etc and lots to do (kayaks, lawn games, floats, and inside games). Our only problem was the damage wind did to the dock which left it mostly un usuable, but tye owner did tell us about this prior to our trip. Once the dock is repaired, id love to stay here again.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the views and fishing off the dock. The house is set up well. The sliding glass doors and windows give it a very open feel and allow great views from the house. The yard is also well kept and peaceful.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The dock was destroyed and made fishing tricky and renting a boat for the week out of the question. One of the skylights leaked during the rain storm and mold was starting to grow around it. I really wish I knew that before I booked, I would have selected another property. But we made the most of what we had.

Perfect!

Beautiful, clean home furnished with everything we needed for a very enjoyable 4 day trip. I especially appreciated the fenced back yard which allowed our small dog to enjoy her visit off-leash.

Overall, a great stay. Kitchen was stocked well and there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. Would have liked more hand towels and wash cloths, but it was fine. The location on the lake was great. The back yard and patio areas were very nice.

Very relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. The property is advertised as being fenced for pets, but the fence between the 2 houses was leaning against the house. Thank goodness we brought a rope for our pet.

Wonderful clean and comfortable home. Lovely setting and location. Family trip to Trade days. Worked wonderfully as our base. Brookshires super short distance away. Another convenient factor. We really enjoyed the home and its spaciousness. Views were so amazing.

Great Place to get away from the big city.

What a wonderful 5 days. Peace and quiet. Came from Houston and only took 3 hours to get there. Everything we needed was provided. We are picky mattress people & the king mattress was wonderful. We will be back!!!!!!

Perfect family vacation home

The family and I have a great July vacation. We swam, ate, fished, kayaking, paddle boards. So many things to do we didn’t have to leave. Grilled not only hot dogs, but fish and steak. Being at the lake makes me hungry. We also made s’mores. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate. The home was comfortable and nice. Waking up to the lake full view was so peaceful and relaxing. It was a great time.

Curry famiy adventure

The house was amazing. From the views to everything provided they have it well supplied. It was clean and well taken care of. We had serious weather issues and Laura was amazing helping us get information and offering for us to stay longer. She is a wonderful, responsive host. Honestly this house is set to walk in, relax at the lake and enjoy your time. We most defintely will be back. 12 out of 10!

What a Lake View

The view from the back and screened-in porches was awesome!!! All the glass at the back of the home gave the feeling of being outdoors while you were sitting inside with the AC. At night, the lights reflecting off the calm water was so soothing. Great size kitchen, room for many cooks. The home is positioned so that the morning and afternoon sun does not come down directly on you while sitting outside. The firepit area was perfect for coffee and night caps. The pet policy is reasonable. We were there to kick back and relax and that's exactly what we did!

The back yard is large and totally fenced. Our little dog really enjoyed going out in it and exploring. The entire place is beautiful and excellent. The high point was when several hundred ducks were in the waiter near the pier … then they all took off at once. What a beautiful sight. A very enjoyable stay. Thanks Laura !!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront lakehouse! The views were incredible — 108 feet of peaceful, unobstructed lakefront that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for fishing and spending time outdoors. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed — especially the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking together so easy. We can’t wait to come back!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This home took our breath away when we walked through the doorway. There are views from almost every room in the house. Looking at the water is calming to us. We LOVE the high ceilings and light the huge windows let in. This is a perfect home to host family reunions or friends for a long weekend.

The dock is one of our favorite places at our home. We have a second story where you can view calming sunsets.

The screened in porch has a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee, or hanging out while the kids play in the yard. There is also a covered porch that connects with the Master Bedroom.
The backyard has plenty of space for outside games. The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.
Kayaks, tubes, floats, and life jackets are available for use. Mooring Whips are attached to the boat dock to secure your boat, boat lift is unavailable for guest use.
We have a foosball table in the garage, corn hole, Yardzee, and big Dominos for outside games.
