Family owned and operated spacious Farm House with a modern decorative flair.

Take a trip down the road less travelled. Enjoy outdoor space with backyard grilling and a view of the sunset as it lowers across the fields. We are minutes from the rails to trails bike path, pedal your way to the Bridge of Dreams in Brinkhaven, Oh. We are also centrally located between the popular Amish Country, Mohican State Park/recreation area and several local wineries,
Enter the house at your own convenience with the provided code. Through the door you will enter into the breezeway, which has a sitting area and a small smart TV. Out the back door of the breezeway is a brick patio with a gas grill. In the downstairs, there is a living room with a newly purchased pull out sofa. TV with some local programming along with a mostly family-oriented DVD collection.
The dining room is between the living room and the kitchen, it has a large table that seats 8 and is the perfect place for family dinner or game night.
The kitchen has most everything you will need to cook and serve meals. We provide a supply of coffee/creamer and k-cups but please bring along your favorites. There is an icemaker in the freezer and a dishwasher with detergent for your use. A small office has some brochures of local attractions, books, games and a phone charging station.
The downstairs bathroom has a single sink with an easily accessible walk-in shower with a seat.
Next, up the stairs to enter into the loft style bedroom with a standard size bed that is perfect for kids. The view out the window will generally be the horses grazing in the pasture. There is plenty of space for an additional air mattress.
The Big Bedroom has a King-sized bed with a large closet.
The Owl Room has an attached bath with a double sink and a tub style shower. There is a closet laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
All bedrooms have an ample supply of drawers for storage.
There is extra outdoor seating, corn hole boards/bags, fishing poles and balls for your use located in the garage. You may also use the garage to store your bikes, luggage etc.
End your day with a walk, a game of basketball at the barn hoop or just relaxing on the front porch.

A clean, tranquil Holiday stay

Lovely getaway

Lovely farmhouse that allows you to really unplug and get away (but still has wifi..lol!). We also really enjoyed being able to visit with the animals on the property.

Perfect Farm House

My mom, daughter and I had a great stay at this farm house in Holmes County. The house is perfect, the beds were comfy, and everything was so clean. It has everything you need for your stay. There was great communication with the host. I would stay here again when in the area. The goats and barn cat were also fun to visit with. Thank you !

This was a cute farm house that really had everything you could need. We enjoyed the animals. It was very clean! It was a little farther away from the wedding festivities then we anticipated. Way better then staying in a hotel! Exceeded my expectations!

Another great visit

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, we have nothing but good things to say about our stay, fantastic secluded location but close enough to all of the things we wanted to do and see in the area. Lisa checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. We will be back again in the future.

Great Family Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Farm House. We had everything we needed and were able to make our own meals, as the kitchen cupboards were well stocked. It was a very peaceful location and our 5 children (ages 5-12) had a great time playing games, reading, coloring, feeding the goats, and even catching fish in the backfield pond. A memorable family getaway!

Great place to stay in Ohio Amish country

Five friends (all seniors) stayed in this beautiful farm house for a long weekend. The place was immaculate, probably the cleanest place we ever stayed. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and easy to work with. Hope to return again. Very pleasant experience!

Weekend Getaway

The farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and the location is very tranquil and quiet. We enjoyed seeing the cats, horses, goats, and cows across the street! Our only recommendations would be to add a guestbook and a list of local recommendations that guests could add to!

Wonderful home for family gathering!

This farm home is very clean, well kept up and in a nice, quiet location in the country. There is a large dining room table that was perfect for our family meals and game playing. We also enjoyed visiting with the barn cat and the goats that live in the barn across the road. We return to this area every year around the holidays to visit with extended family and will definitely try to stay at this home again!

Home away from Home

This home is beautiful, cozy and just makes you feel at home. Very clean and had everything you would need. We were able to just unwind and spend some time fishing, grilling out, corn hole, basketball and feeding the goats. We were sad to leave, but plan to come back and stay longer next time.
