A recently renovated Beach House, ADULTS ONLY, allergen free, very clean 1780 Sq. Ft. private home situated on a corner lot in old town Bay St. Louis that is one block from the beach and two blocks from the marina, restaurants, entertainment, bars, recreational rentals (bikes, canoes, golf carts, etc. ) this historic home has two porches. An open concept fully functional kitchen with living space has vaulted ceiling and extends to screened in back porch. Off street parking. Built in Generac Generator runs entire home if interruption occurs.

Great location and sipping porch!

The house is a original period house but has been upgraded with a nice kitchen, living room, and screened porch. Easily walkable to the beach and TBT Beer Garden!

Convenient location, walking distance to Ole Town Bay St Louis. Renee responded quickly to my questions. Enjoyed sitting in the screened back porch !

Charming house in great location

We stayed at Maison Lemoine for a girls’ book club trip. The house was perfect for the four of us. We were a block from the beach, and just a few blocks from the Arts Alive festival. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor is full on southern charm, and we loved it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean, quiet, and comfortable home. The location is wonderful: just one block from the beach, a short walk from downtown BSL, and minutes from the grocery store.There was plenty of room for our family of four adults, a well-appointed kitchen, and a great screened in porch. We would definitely stay again!There

Great location!

FYI, the wifi wasn’t great, so we found a work-around for the tv… we bought a dvd player and got some movies at goodwill to watch. This was only a small issue for us. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here. And really loved the location! Close to the beach, easy drives to restaurants, grocery stores, Saturday Farmers Market, the highways to other areas… We would stay here again.

Great Stay!!

We loved the house and had a wonderful time! The home is spacious and well furnished. The area is lovely, with the beach and downtown restaurants, shops, and bars just 10-15 minute walk away. Renee was available to help whenever we needed her. Would definitely stay again!!

Girls Trip

My Aunt, daughters and I enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway in Bay St. Louis. The house exceeded expectations and was perfect. Lots of space and a great location. We will definitely book again!

Lovely remodeled cottage close to downtown BSL. The house had everything we needed and was only a short distance to shopping/dining/nightlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy southern style cottage - great for sisters' weekends!

The location is fantastic, as it's near all the food and shopping activities in BSL. It's also a relatively short drive to Biloxi and the casinos. The place itself is very cozy, with plenty of character, and is ideal for a close-knit group.

Awesome house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great neighborhood, very clean, and close to restaurants and bars in Bay St Louis. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Friend Weekend

This was a gorgeous house to stay in for a fun friend weekend! It was an easy stroll to the shops, restaurants & live music, & one block to the beach! The beds were so comfortable & are dreamy! Renee was prompt in answering our questions & made our weekend an enjoyable experience for our group of five! We definitely will be coming back to this property if available.
