Welcome to The Sunset Grill, the perfect lake experience, with plenty of room for everyone, and something for everyone! Kids and adults alike can have fun in the sun with our dock and swimming area! The massive party deck above overlooking the water is great for grilling and getting everyone together, while our game room and covered gazebo offer a nice retreat if the sun gets too hot. Fishing your thing? We have that too! We've even got the world famous, Big Dicks Halfway Inn across the cove if you don't feel like cooking or want to shoot the minnow!! No matter how you choose to spend your time here, you will not be disappointed with all of the different activities and sheer natural beauty that surrounds you. Come join us at the Sunset Grill!!

2 week vacation

The area of property was fantastic. We enjoyed listening to music from restaurant close by. The dock area was a perfect hang out spot and great swimming spot. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The only downfall was the cleanliness. We took time to vacuum and wipe things down when we got there so it was okay.

Family Yearly Vacation

My family goes on a trip every year and this year we wanted to check out the Ozarks. The pictures don’t do this place justice as it has a lot more to offer than we thought! Lots of room and nice deck and dock area! The only downsize was not being able to hang in the grass area for a bonfire at night at the grass was overgrown. Otherwise our trip overall was great!

Birthday weekend

My 3 children,2 partners and 2 grandkids along with my boyfriend and I gathered to celebrate my birthday. The place was roomy enough for meals and hanging out. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean,beds were comfy and lots of supplies that made our stay pleasant. The deck was wonderful and all enjoyed the swimming. It was quiet at night and peaceful. Loved our first time in this area!

Lengthy, but worth the read!

Do you enjoy staying in a semi-clean home? Then this is the place for you! Grime in the kitchen and bathrooms, prior tenants underwear found under the bathtub, prior tenants trash found under the daybed, cobwebs inside and outside of the home are all things you can expect to find when staying here! Do you have clothes with holes in them? Then this may be the place for you! Unmaintained screws on the side of the shuffleboard table led to 3 pairs of clothing with rips in them. Do you enjoy the feeling of cat litter in your feet? Then this may be the place for you! Cat litter piled up in the storage room to block a leak had found it’s way into the main living area where our baby and kids played. Do you let your baby and toddlers crawl and play around exposed tack strips? Then this may be the place for you! A large portion of the carpet in the main living area had been ripped up and partially covered by a couch and some rugs leaving much of the tack strip exposed. Do you like to indulge in the delicacies of nature? Then this may be the place for you! Ants by the poker table, into the kitchen on the island and counters and even on the bedroom nightstands forced us to throw away several food items that had been purchased for our families. Do your kids like to live dangerously and walk barefoot around the home? Then this may be the place for you! One of our kids cut their foot on glass in the main living area. Overall, not worth the price.

Best family reunion

We drove from LA to meet with family here in MO.. We had a great time. House is beautiful, has all you need for fun day in the lake. Very clean and convenient. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend..

Everything you could want!

The family went for the Fourth of July week and this house had everything you could want or need. Of all the places I have rented through the years this by far was our favorite. The lake view was amazing. It was a nice quiet area on the lake. Fishing was good. Sunsets breathtaking and the house had everything one could need. We will be renting again! Thank you for thinking of everything!
