Enjoy a serene Hamptons holiday in this bright renovated home. Take a quiet tree lined walk (7 min) to the local beach, kayak the calm blue waters of Peconic Bay to Clam Island or hike back trails to Elizabeth Morton Park. Within 15 mins: Sag Harbor, Southampton & Bridgehampton present many options to join the summer festivities. Shop local farms and vineyards for a true farm to table cookout or enjoy the myriad local restaurants and bars.

Walk through the front lawn and step up to a wrap around porch and enter this spacious home. You are greeted with two living rooms, surrounded by windows bringing the outdoors inside. The kitchen and dining space is open concept with views into the back yard. Step out to a large mahogany deck from either of the spaces and delight in the lush foliage of oaks and evergreens. Cardinals, blue jays, hawks and hummingbirds are frequent visitors of the bird feeders on the property. Set up for evening tea in the gazebo or take an afternoon nap in the hammock. Frolic in the shimmering blue heated pool day or night…the possibilities are endless.

Landlord lives on property. You will have complete privacy as entrance to property including driveway/parking are completely separated.

My brother and I and our spouses were looking for a quiet place after our mom’s funeral to collect ourselves and rest. We could not have selected a better place. Every need was anticipated, and every aspect of this home was comfortable, clean and user friendly. The pool was absolutely immaculate, and the property manager was just next door, and introduced himself early on in case we had any needs. We will definitely return if Mona will have us. Thank you, Mona, for being a fantastic host!!

Such a sanctuary!

Pictures don't do it justice! This was such a lovely place to stay. Very spacious indoor/outdoor, clean and beautifully decorated. 4 adults and a 15-month-old had a lot of room to spare. Everything we could ever need was available; if not, the host was a great communicator. We already agreed that we would return to this exact location for a Hamptons trip.
