This vacation location is great for a small family or if you just want to get away and relax . Quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in desirable Cherry Grove . Sleeps four. Walk 8 minutes to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery, shops, Fish off the pier. Mini golf/arcade and ice cream across the street. There is a designated carport and additional parking for trailers ,boats, and cycles. Golf cart rental nearby. Short drive to the Grand Strand. We are pleased to offer pet friendly accommodations with owner approval. Dogs need to be house trained, no excessive barking and up to date with vaccinations. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture. If there is any damage or excess hair on the furniture there is a $250 damage/cleaning fee.
New for 2024, grill and picnic area, 2 bikes for your enjoyment.

Weekend Getaway

This was a last minute get away for a Celebration of Life for a family friend and it was a very nice time. I was so very pleased with your place, it exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do your place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. All of the furnishings are high end and everything you need is there for you. Thank you so much for being pet friendly and accepting fur babies, what a blessing to get to carry my baby with me. Each time I had a question, they responded so quickly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The only downfall was for my mom who is 79 with bad knees and the 3rd floor was to much on her. But a great weekend get away, and beautiful weather it was. I Look forward to staying at your condo again. Thanks!!

Made our first family vacation a success!

We are so thankful for this cozy spot! The owners provided everything we needed for a great vacation! They were always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and friendly. We brought our two dogs and everyone felt at home. The beach was close by which was great having a toddler with us! The mini golf is directly across the street with 48 (I think) flavors of ice cream and a candy shop attached! My toddler was in heaven! Thank you for your hospitality! We had a wonderful time.

Mini-Vacay

Very Clean , great communication. Great stay overall. Only negative would be all of the steps for these worn out knees. I would suggest blackout curtains for bedroom. But could not ask for a better host.

Awesome spot!

Location is great, about a half mile to the beach. The property was very clean and maintained. Susan was awesome and promptly responded to our messages. There is over flow parking on each side of the property which was useful as the designated parking spots are a tight fit for bigger vehicles. Due to the business across the street, it can get a little bright in the bedrooms at night. Recommend bringing a sleep mask if you need a pitch black room.

Weekend Stay

Very cute place - Susan and Bob very responsive. Walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and bars. Kitchen well equipped.

Wonderful place to stay!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Communication about checking in and any questions were very answered very promptly and the condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping the pier and beach. I can't wait to stay again. Amy & Summer

Ok location, not clean at all

The location is ok, about a 15-minute walk to the beach. There is a mini golf place right across the street, which was nice. The parking is very tight, as you are parking under the home between some wooden support beams. It was a tight squeeze for our car, so I'm not sure if an SUV or big truck would fit. Now on to the real stuff. The place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. I can overlook some of the surfaces that were not wiped down because I always travel with disinfectant wipes. However, I cannot overlook dirty sheets on the bed. The sheets in the master bedroom were not washed prior to our arrival. There were gross stains on the sheets. I will not go into more detail on that, but it was horrifying. Of course, we didn't notice it until it was very late and we were ready to go to bed, so we sleep the first night fully clothed and very uncomfortable. I did reach out to the owner, who was very responsive. She did offer to send the cleaning lady back out after I initially let her know that the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were not clean upon arrival. I declined because again I could overlook some things, but the sheet issue was ridiculous. When she reached back out the next day, she stated that there were clean sheets stored in the house to switch over to. When I checked those, you couldn't tell if they were clean or not, because one set was just thrown in a basket and the other set had nasty, crusty towels sitting on top of them. Luckily, the place did have a washer and dryer, so the sheets went in there first thing the next morning so that there was no question about their cleanliness. I just didn't expect to have to do laundry on a two-night stay. We were given a small credit to our account to help offset the inconvenience, and the owner stated that they let their cleaning service go. However, I would never stay here again or at any other property that they may own, due to the cleanliness issues, especially for the amount that we spent per night. If you stay here, I would highly recommend that you check everything as soon as you get there to make sure that your stay will be comfortable.

Cherry Grove quick getaway

Property was as described and Susan was very helpful and stayed in contact as needed before any questions arose. Very convenient location to everything needed for a few days at the beach.
