Oakview is nestled in a serene wooded area and conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg, allowing you to stay in the action with local restaurants and attractions. This cabin features a sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The deck at the back of the cabin offers a view of a small stream and has a private hot tub. The back deck is a great place for you to sit and relax. Oakview also offers wifi service, and free downtown parking passes . All of the amenities this cabin offers make it a great vacation spot for you and your family. This cabin is pet friendly for a pet no larger than 50lbs and a non-refundable $50 pet fee.

It was exactly what we booked, check-in and check-out were a breeze, the brook out the sliding door priceless, hottub amazing, cabin gorgeous 😍 Location perfect!

Great Stay

Very clean, kitchen sparsley stocked, glad I took a few things of my own, but didn't plan to eat there anyway. I had a couple of questions the 1st night & they were answered promptly. Very quiet location. Would definitely go back!

Needed a deep cleaning, but very close to downtown. Small but there were only 2 of us so we didn’t need a lot of space. Very friendly people.

Great Gatlinburg escape

The Parkside cabin we stayed at was just what we wanted for our 4 nights in Gatlinburg. It felt remote, but super close to everything. Downtown Gburg is overwhelming and not what we wanted for our GSMNP adventure, but the Parkside cabin location was perfect. Jeff was great when we checked in, and all of the recommendations he made for hikes and restaurants were spot on. It was great to have a kitchen for easy meals. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day. All in all, we’d highly recommend Parkside cabins!

The property was as advertised. The cabin size was perfect for two adults and one child. The walking area was pleasant for the dogs. The only complaint is the cabin across from us had four dogs who were not well trained. The dogs constantly barked while outside and the owners stood at the front of our cabin allowed them to bark. Maybe more regulations for the dogs

Lovely cabin

My family and I loved our stay at this cabin. We loved the amenities and wish we had a longer stay! The sound and view of the river was so beautiful. My only complaint is that there were no sheets for the pull out couch, only 1 pillow and blanket. We called and requested sheets and the fitted sheet was too small. My son had to sleep on the top sheet laid out over the mattress. Not the biggest issue, but still would have been nice to have proper bedding. We also didn't have any coffee. I think I read in a review that coffee isn't provided but had forgotten. So just remember to bring your own. Overall my family and I had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Nice location with a overwhelming aroma

The property is convenient and easy to find. This one bedroom tiny cabin has everything you need. The furniture was in great condition and the kitchen was well supplied if you cook. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the creek in the evenings. FYI, the creek cannot be accessed from the cabin. There are a few things we did not like. The cleaning product smell was TOO MUCH! It knocked you down when you walk in the door. I think the living room was bathed in Murphy's Oil Soap and not rinsed afterwards! Opening the glass door and windows helped a little but it only lasted as long as they were open. The bathroom was not really clean. The tub, it was a nope for us. We stood on a towel when we showered. The walls in the bathroom were very dusty and there is mold on the wall behind the door and on the door. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. If they deep cleaned the bathroom and figured out how to get rid of the smell in the living room it would be perfect.

Cabin was small but very cozy. Overall, our stay was good. Everything worked as it should have. We never had to call the office for anything. Towels and toiletries are provided and the location is wonderful. However the cabin does need a deep clean and there were a couple soft spots in the floor. These are my only gripes.

Excellent Gatlinburg Experience

We enjoyed everything about this trip. The scenery, the cabin itself, and the hot tub were just some of the highlights. The location is very nice if you want to go to downtown Gatlinburg or to Pigeon Forge.

Cozy Cabin

We had a great time. We did have to call the rental office a couple of times.....needed towels, no hot water, no stopper for tub. As soon as we called, they sent someone over ASAP. The mattress needs to be replaced in the unit we stayed.

Great location, close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. Loved the hot tub and the cabin had everything we needed. Just a heads up, the shower is extremely slippery!!

Perfect location,clean,and will definitely stay again!!

We loved the overall experience and it will be our new go to spot to stay. It gave us some privacy without being stuck on a ledge 10 miles from town. They had a trolley spot there but we decided to take the sidewalk it took a few min to get into downtown Gatlinburg by foot.

Quiet and close to everything

Very cozy, comfortable and peaceful. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck listening to the running creek = heavenly!!! The hot tub was amazing!!! Shower had a lot of pressure. It was a perfect set up. I did need more towels, garbage picked up and the front desk was very polite. Would highly recommend!!!

Great Little Cabin

Great location, reasonably clean. Alittle more attention to detail when cleaning. Mold on shower curtain,blinds dusty and windows need washing.
