Beautiful updates

Spacious unit for a one-bedroom. Great decor, everything new. We enjoyed watching the boats go by. There is plenty of parking at Tigertail Beach, so no worries about Gulf access. Nearby restaurants as well. The pool is huge, with a great hot tub. The building is undergoing updates and renovations, but we had minimal disruptions. The property manager was responsive. Check with the property manager regarding your booking dates and any expected work being done that could affect your stay.

Rest and relaxation

Property was modern and very well maintained. Great location if you’re looking for a quiet laidback feel. Easy to get to anywhere you want to go on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo/Great Hosts

We were to stay 10 days, but our stay was cut short by 3 days due to a family emergency. Condo was very clean, was everything the ad stated and in a nice location. I asked for a beach umbrella, and Lisa and Sarah took care of it promptly. Rob and Nadia

Sunny, warm, perfect!

Clean, well appointed rental. Great neighborhood with access to many restaurants, beaches, grocery's, shopping. Nice pool and hot tubs as well as a few other amenities on site. However pool and hot tub are limited to daytime use. Great views of the Factory and Marco Bay waterway from our lanai. Owner is very responsive and helpful with questions.

Lovely accommodation

Bright condo with new appliances and lovely, updated decor. Enough space for our family of four. We enjoyed having the option between two pools and two hot tubs - which were all impeccably clean. Great views and well manicured property. Nice hosts. Would book again!

Lovely Get Away

Sparkling clean, great communication, lovely decor, and great location. I missed having a washer/dryer in the unit. FYI
 there are coin washers and dryers in the complex on every level. Enjoy your stay!

Long weekend getaway

Really loved the size and upgrades in the unit. Enjoyed walking to some of the best restaurants and music spots in Marco Island and easy access to bike rentals. Lisa was easy to communicate with.

Amazing!

Me and my fiancé love Marco island and we love the riverside property. This was a great place to stay. Super clean and up to date. The host was very easy to get in touch with and even contacted me to let me know of some work that was going to be done on the property. The view of the pool and the water are amazing! I will definitely be back.

Beautiful unit, we love the views! The property couldn’t be cleaner, management very responsive and owner was a delight. Well stocked with everything we needed for a great getaway. Highly recommend!
