Welcome to 302 with a View, the only thing we overlook is the bay! Make yourself at home at our luxury condo that sits on a bluff overlooking Sister Bay Beach & Marina, Lake Michigan, Sister Islands and you can even catch a glimpse of the goats on the roof at Al Johnson’s!

Relaxing, beautiful, cozy, fully equipped and walking distance to all Sister Bay has to offer. It’s truly everything you are looking for!

Close to Sister Bay’s wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. During prime season, concerts can be enjoyed at Waterfront Park and several other establishments nearby and can sometimes be heard from the comfort of our balcony!

Our property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, that can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are ssmart TV’s in both bedrooms and living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, full size washer/dryer and a large, spacious balcony to soak up the sunsets Door County is famous for!

We look forward to hosting you and hope you fall in love with the home and area as much as we have!

A for 302 with a view

Location, location, location! The location of this property doesn't get any better. Easy walking (even in winter time) to all that downtown Sister Bay has to offer. The views were incredible along with the unit. It was home away from home, but better.

302 with a View is an incredible condo even better then the photos. The host Megan was amazing. She reached out to us prior to our stay to supply all the info needed. The condo is warm and inviting. Views are amazing and with in walking distance to our favorite restaurants. Megan’s added touch of wine, snacks and robes are what makes this a perfect place to unwind.

Fantastic!

Gracious host was so easy to work with from pre-checkin throughout our stay. Thoughtful and appreciated snacks, coffee and even a bottle of wine awaited us upon arrival! The condo was beautifully appointed and the view did not disappoint! Ranging in age from 65 to 8 months - we ALL had a wonderful time. Thank you, Megan!

Above it all at 302 With a View

The place was perfect--beautifully appointed and comfortable, ideally situated for access to everywhere we wanted to go in Sister Bay and across the peninsula… and of course the picture-postcard panoramic view from the deck, offering an excellent setting for morning coffee and evening drinks and relaxation after long days of travel and touring. The hosts have thought of everything, too, from the very well-stocked kitchen to the local things-to-do recommendations and thoughtful personal touches throughout. Their communication with us was timely and thorough before, during, and after our stay. If they overlooked anything, we wouldn't have needed it anyway. Our thanks to Megan and John for an ideal vacation base!

A wonderful stay!

302 With a View was everything promised - a beautiful place with all the comforts and conveniences of home plus a marvelous view of the bay from the deck porch. We spent four nights there and could easily have imagined extending our stay. Our living space felt private and we appreciated the quiet at nights. We could easily get to all the things we wanted to see and places we wanted to visit. Happily recommend this getaway for others. We hope to come back again!

Absolutely perfect!

Megan was an amazing host, communicating with us upon booking, welcoming us upon arrival, & reachable throughout our stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it truly felt like it was our own home. Megan's home was so beautifully decorated & it was stocked with everything we needed & so much more! We walked the short walk into town for most of our meals, many activities, and just enjoying the fun atmosphere of Sister Bay. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space for 4, and the view from the home was reason enough to return. Thank you so much for hosting us - we all had a great time!

Outstanding view and location!

Great location that's private but still close to everything. The views are amazing, and the condo was super clean with every amenity we needed. Checking in and out was easy and the communication from Megan before, during, and after was outstanding. This place is even nicer than the photos and without a doubt the nicest rental we've stayed at and will definitely be booking again!

Perfect spot with incredible views

This place is incredible. Walking in and seeing the view of the bay for the first time is the moment we knew we booked the right place. You are sitting above all of Sister Bay and feel both private and right in the mix. Megan and John made checking in/out a breeze and we appreciated all of the notes on the area that they sent over. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect View, Comfortable Stay

Property was exactly as described; gorgeous, clean space with a STUNNING view of Sister Bay. Condo had every amenity we could have needed, beds were super comfy, and beautifully styled. Only note to be aware of: elevator in building is ridiculously slow- 100% not a fault of the owners AT ALL- so did not factor in giving a perfect review score, just heads up- if you have mobility issues, or just a lot of luggage, it takes quite a while to get up/down. Beyond that, owners were responsive and friendly about any questions or callouts/concerns we had :)

Birthday getaway

We’ve been to Door County numerous times My wife and I would rate this place at the top of the list. It had the best view of the Bay we’ve ever experienced. We watched fireworks from the balcony on Saturday night. It is a newer unit that has an excellent layout and comes with everything that one could need. The owners provided a book sharing how to operate the tv’s, places to go, and other helpful notes for the unit. We will definitely return to this place.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

302 with a view is a fantastic property in Sister Bay! Beautiful finishes and incredible comfort. The condo is prepped with everything you need for your stay. We cooked dinner, made drinks, played games, watched shows, and slept in comfort. The view of the bay from the deck and main living area was perfect. It is a couple blocks to downtown Sister Bay’s restaurants and beach. The owners are friendly and incredibly responsive. My family can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Wonderful vacation property

This unit was a gem! It is tucked up just above the Main Street in Sister Bay, walking distance to amazing food and shopping. The view from the balcony is priceless. We are planning our family trip for next summer already!

Great vacay!

Absolutely loved the condo. Well appointed and clean. Beautifully decorated and gorgeous view. The only minor critique/recommendation would be for black out shades in the bedrooms because there is outdoor lighting by the windows and the shutters let in quite a bit of light. Otherwise 10/10!

Exceeds all expectations!

The view of the bay from the deck, the sailboats, the sunsets, are pure bliss. Splendid hosts are responsive and gracious. From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed. The condo is sparkling clean, has soothing colors and the most thoughtful decor with a nod to local landmarks. The hosts go above and beyond with extra “delighters” including robes, wine, and a selection of local coffees and books, to name a few. We easily walked to shops, restaurants, the beach and the yacht marina. Impressive value with this fabulous condo. This is our pick for future stays for sure!
