Nice Surprise

The location was perfect for us to get to FSU stadium and for getting to downtown area. We walked in and could smell the cleanliness, and was surprised by how big the place was. Each of the 4 rooms had at minimum of a queen size bed which means if you need 2 people in each bed it could sleep 8 plus the couch. Host was attentive but not needed during this trip. They have changed up the bedding to accommodate more so they may want to post updated pics. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Stay

My family & I enjoyed our stay. 5 minute drive from FSU football stadium and 35 minute walk from Langston Green. House was clean and tidy. Great communication with host throughout our stay. Our favorite part was the outdoor patio!

House was very clean and met all Of my family’s needs. We were in Tallahassee for a baseball game and house was located close to the FSU baseball stadium. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but never had any problems. House is exactly like the pictures.

Absolutely Amazing!

I read the reviews carefully before booking this property. I saw the ones about the home being in a “sketchy neighborhood”. Although I can see why those people said what they did, we never once felt unsafe. They have a security system in the home, too. Please don’t let those few reviews deter you from booking this spacious home!

It was fine

First, I am not giving this an overall 3 stars because it was not a nice experience. But, I generally think of 4 as good, and 5 as excellent. This place was fine. The good: The property owner was cordial, quick with communication, and helpful with small issues. The inside of the house was clean, not spotless, but clean. The listing states 6 beds, but there are actually 7. There are two rooms with kings, one with a queen, one with two doubles, and a twin mattress and frame stored in a closet that can be set up wherever. Additionally, there is also an inflatable mattress in the laundry area. There is a working washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets. Wifi, TVs, kitchen equipment, towels, sheets, etc. All the standard stuff. The bad: The neighborhood is shady, I told my wife that I would not bring her or the kids here. I felt safe, but it is dimly lit, and there are characters meandering around throughout the day and night. There was a party going on next door until 2am which kept me awake, not the fault of the homeowner, but just indicative of the neighborhood. The house is older, which comes with older house problems, such as doors that are worn and door frames that are warped. The electrical plugs are loose, and not all of the lights seemed to work. Closet do not close all the way, and there are stains from leaks in the ceiling. Looks like I am running out of characters. TLDR: Cleanish older house, shady hood, nice owner. 3 stars
