One bedroom condo steps from UNL. The condo is located in the six-story 1040 O Street Building in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. The building is one of Lincoln’s best Art Deco-style buildings, originally constructed in the early 1900's. Newly furnished, with brand new appliances. Walk to an event at the Lied Center, catch a movie at the theatre that's right across the street, or head over to a bar or restaurant in the Haymarket. Walking distance to Memorial Stadium and Pinnacle Bank Arena. There is a Mill coffee shop on the ground floor as well!

Condo felt like home! Jackie was very responsive, polite and great communication. A couple of minor issues were addressed and resolved immediately. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was great although could be a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights (it is a college town and to be expected). Overall, highly recommended and would stay again if we are ever in Lincoln again.

We had a great stay, the elevator was being painted so we walked some extra steps and the bed was too soft with a foam topper. It was clean and worked great for the blues festival

Perfect for Football Weekend or Campus Visit

The location is perfect for a visit to the University of Nebraska campus. The unit itself is also perfect -- quality throughout from the construction to the furnishings, kitchenware and linens etc. Good for two people, with large living area and ample seating. Bathroom was very nice and large. Washer & dryer is a nice touch although we did not use it. Parking is very convenient, a short walk from the unit. Jackie was super responsive and accommodating.

Downtown living

Our stay was so much fun! So much going on downtown Lincoln. We saw a play at the Lied Center, live music at the Zoo, and tasted some so so delicious beers at the Boiler brewery. We had lunch at the Green Gateau, wonderful food, highly recommend! Jacky was an amazing host! Check in was so smooth. The apartment was furnished amazingly. The kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable, with every type of pillow imaginable. 😆 We will definitely stay here again!

Squeaky clean, great location!

We stayed here for our daughter’s UNL college graduation. This property is located in a convenient location - 10 min walk from Memorial stadium, restaurants and all things related to graduation, We really enjoyed the place. There are plenty of clean towels, kitchen is nicely-appointed and furnishings are well-suited to the space. Host communication was top- notch; included plenty of necessary details regarding parking, etc. Overall, terrific experience! The only downside is due to its location, there is plenty of night time city noise. This is also what makes it super-convenient though. We were prepared for city noises as it had been mentioned in other reviews. Great spot and wonderful experience!

Thoughtfully outfitted rental unit in great downtown location

This is a great unit that is well decorated and feels like a proper apartment. It does not have that empty, dorm-room feel like a lot of rentals. It is also in a hyper convenient, downtown location close to a drugstore and restaurants. That said, the previous reviewer who mentioned the mushy bed was correct. There is a 2-3 inch foam topper on top of what appears to be a foam, bed-in-a-box mattress. Zero back and hip support. Had to go sleep on the couch. Also, am not sure that the linens were actually changed before I got there. Found multiple hairs on the bed, under the comforter. Shower head also needs to be tightened, because it drips for 3-4 mins after you turn it off. This unit is a 7 that would be a 9 with some easy, small tweaks.

I was so happy when I walked into the condo. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was very neat and I had everything I needed. Great location and we LOVED the Husker decor. We have already recommended to friends and are hoping to make this an annual trip!

Basketball weekend

Great location to PBA, Haymarket and our kids on campus. Could walk to everything we wanted to do. Condo was amazing & everything we needed. Appreciated the white noise machine!

Excellent Property

The condo is immaculate and impeccably maintained. Jackie has furnished it tastefully and comfortably. The location, right downtown is perfect. We parked in the garage upon our arrival and never used our vehicle. There are numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options within walking distance, including the Haymarket District and the UNL campus. Jackie was excellent to work with on the rental. She was responsive and cooperative. The entire rental, check in and check out process was great. If we return to Lincoln, we wouldn't look for anything else.
