The loft cottage was perfect for my visit with children's families in the area. It provided an quiet off the street place to sleep and recover from full days with grandchildren. I especially enjoyed the small second floor deck in the trees for morning coffee. I hope to stay there again when in the area!

It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.

Beautiful and cozy loft!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was just as described - cozy, clean, and well-decorated in a fun vintage style. It felt like living in a tree house in the best way! The location is also great - very close to the historic center of Southern Pines. Highly recommend!

Great home base

This loft is super cute and perfect for a solo traveller looking for a home base that’s a short drive to everything but feels like part of a real neighborhood (because it is!). Property manager was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

I don’t think it is reasonable to expect guests to clean the place (strip beds, clean kitchen, take trash out) AND be out by 10 AM. I followed the rules but did not think guests should be required to do this for the price.
