Welcome to your very own oasis! This property is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the sun! Located in such a prime location near many stores including a large variety of restaurants to dine out! Near golf courses and not too far from major cities. The house is completely sanitized after each stay. Downstairs offers a great wide open concept to relax and spread out. Bedrooms are privately located upstairs. Smart TV app access only(using your own accts)/no cable. Sit outside on the green turf or cool off in the spacious pool!

We stayed two nights and was just great very clean and a great location for us. We would’ve have booked for the following week but was already booked. Great communication with the owner. Very pleased with with our stay

Spring Training

This property is very centrally located. Lots of restaurants, and fun things to do Property had all the amenities needed and Gina was an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway with an Amazing Pool!

âž»We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The backyard was a true highlight — the pool was amazing, and the space was perfect for our family to unwind and have fun.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans we needed, which made it easy to cook most of our meals at home. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches — pool towels, sunscreen, inflatables, and even board games were all provided!Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the location couldn’t have been better for us as we were in town for a baseball tournament. Having a grocery store right around the corner was a big plus.We used the pool every single day and truly felt at home here. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay!

Great place for Arizona visit

My husband and our 2 kids stayed here in mid March. Very clean property. The beds are amazing and I slept really well every night (which never happens on vacation). We wish they had a grill for cookouts. Also the pool was too cold to swim in since its March and it doesn't have a heater. All in all, we found this place to be a great fit! Would stay again!

Nice place!

This place was perfect for our visit to my grandparents who live in Sun City. Great location with respect to Sun City West. Comfortable beds. Nice that one room was set up with twin beds for my kids. My 89 and 92 year old grandparents were able to get out of the house and visit with us in the back yard on the porch. A nice change of scenery for them where they could interact with my kids while they played. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to stay. Would book again!

Nice clean property. Communication with manager was very easy. Master bathroom needs to be updated. Surprised that there was only a single cup coffee maker on the premises. Had to borrow a coffee maker from a friend since there were 5 of us staying at the house. Overall, very nice stay.

Beautiful home! Home was just as described. Very nice neighborhood & great location. Only negative we found was that if you like really hot showers, you won't like it because the shower water doesn't get very hot. That is literally the only complaint we have. Overall, a great stay & would happily stay again when in the area! Definitely recommend!

Stay in Surprise, AZ

Our family enjoyed our stay at the home. Property was clean. Check in process was easy, and Gina is responsive, although we did not require any assistance during our stay. Our family took advantage of the board/card games available for use. Didn’t use the kitchen to cook, as we ate out, or ordered food in, but plenty of cookware if you wish to cook. If you choose not to, plenty of eateries and shopping centers within the area. Property is located in a great location. Family expressed the beds were comfortable!

We had a great stay! It was my husband, me, and our 13-year-old daughter. The home was well appointed, clean, comfortable and convenient location with plenty restaurants and shopping nearby. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed and had all the things we needed for cooking. Host was wonderful and answered all my questions promptly. We would absolutely stay there again when visiting the area in the future. The back yard pool area was so nice to have during the 100 plus degree days we were there. Our daughter loved laying in the hammock, and we loved the covered porch for morning coffee and snacks to be out of the sun. The only recommendations or things that could make the stay better would be having a small cooler available to fill with ice to put in your car when you head out for the day, the sliding patio door is very difficult to slide, it just needs some WD40 or something, and more adult size pool floaties or noodles. Besides those things, which are not problems, would just help improve an already great place! Thank you Gina!

Great property and experience

This was a great home in a nice area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and the main areas are on the main level. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the pool is a great space with lots of seating and floaties available. The guidelines were on the wall and easy to refer to for wifi, patio lights, check-out procedures, etc. The property manager was easy to message and responded quickly. I did not get the email with the code to enter, but received a quick response to resolve this. They were even kind to have blankets in the living room, towels by the patio door, games to play, sunscreens and lotions available, etc. The hammock is nice too! We do wish the property had a grill, but that was the only thing we didn't have. We highly recommend this property.
