Relax with family and friends at this lake front home located in an upscale private neighborhood. Unwind and enjoy the tranquil water view and peaceful surroundings from the large outdoor porch. The secluded cove provides time for fun in the sun while swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or laying out. Details and amenities have been considered including comfortable luxury linens, plush towels, coffee bar and more. Take time for yourself and make yourself at home at Tranquility Cove.

The space
The 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house provides space for multiple families to spread out and create fun memories. The main living area includes an open kitchen with a large dining table to entertain and extra barstool seating at the counter. The kitchen opens up to an inviting and comfortable living room where the family can gather to watch their favorite shows or sporting events.

A sliding glass door off of the main living area brings you to the large outdoor porch with additional dining and seating areas.

The master bedroom with king bed is located on the main floor with access to a private porch overlooking a secluded wooded landscape. A large master bath includes a shower/bathtub and connection to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen and a large shared bathroom.

The large basement provides extra space to entertain and lots of room for kids to spread out and enjoy. The bedroom includes a queen bed, twin and bunk bed. In the living area you will find a futon for extra sleeping space if needed. Have fun with the foosball table and gaming center which includes an Xbox game system. A ping pong table can be found in the garage.

The boat dock provides even more dining and relaxing options. Use the lounge chairs to enjoy the sun, and the six person dining area to enjoy in the shade. Dock your boat or we can help you with a boat rental. The pontoon boat is available for rental and allows for additional fun and exploring on the lake. We are two families that live in Apex, NC and are excited to share our home with others. The lake house is our relaxing getaway where we like to enjoy our time out on the water or hanging out at the house. We hope you enjoy your time here!

The house has everything you need to enjoy the lake. Waterfront views, tubes, paddle board and kayak are available. There are multiple dining spaces and a large basement to spread out and play games including foosball, Xbox, and ping pong. The covered dock includes a TV, dining table and lounge chairs and the large covered outdoor porch provides space to be outside all day. The house is also close to VIR for those wishing to have a different lodging option. We have hosted several race teams.

The large covered outdoor porch is our favorite spot at the house. It has a large ceiling fan that helps keep it cool and plenty of seating for 10+. It is the best place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Proximity to VIR provides a relaxing lodging option for race teams.
