The downstairs area is perfect for entertaining with a floor plan that consists of an oversized couch, pool table, huge kitchen, custom island and outdoor patio. Go upstairs where there is an open room in the loft for exercising, yoga or custom space for kids to play. The loft bedroom consists of a Lovesac bean bag perfect for lounging, reading or working from the computer. It also has a bed fit for a king, smart tv and shower/jetted tub combo. This bedroom is so spacious you might never want to leave!


All new lighting throughout the house and modern interior doors. The friendly neighborhood at one of the best locations in town to walk your pet, run, jog, or just take a breath in the beautiful summer.

House has smoking detectors as well as CO2 detectors so no need to worry about unwelcome gases.
