Darling craftsman house, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, lg kitchen and private backyard. The yard isn’t completely fenced but very private. Decorated so cute and charming. We felt so comfortable there. The road in front of the house turned out to be very busy with cars racing by in the neighborhood all hours of day and night. We will book this house again next time we’re in Fredericksburg. Loved it!

Girls Getaway

The accomadations were GREAT. Very clean and the 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths were more than enough for 4 girls. The hot tub was nice too. Would definitely recommend this place. Close to town.

Nice accommodations

Was nice and clean. Very cute home, loved the oldness of the home and that it was pet friendly. We only had a small issue with tiny gnats/bugs we had to get off the bed sheets.

Hi Debbie, Thank you for the kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed the charm and cleanliness of the home, and that the pet-friendly setup was a highlight of your stay. We're sorry to hear about the issue with the gnats. The home is professionally treated for pests on a monthly basis, but being an older home and depending on the season, occasional bugs can still find their way in. We would’ve been more than happy to take care of it during your stay had we known. We take feedback like this seriously and always inspect and treat the unit again when anything is reported, so we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. It helps us ensure future guests have the best possible experience. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Very comfortable beds

My only complaint was that the check-in instructions weren't easy to locate via e-mail. When I tried to call the property management they were closed at 5pm. All in all it took an hour to get in.

Hi Kelli, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had trouble locating your check in information, and had trouble reaching the office after hours. We do have a line for our in-stay guests, and we do not show a record of a voicemail left so we could reach back out to you - regardless, I'm sorry for that inconvenience. Brenda

The house was very clean, all amenities as described. We used the broiler for toast and had to use a pizza pan. We did enjoy the complimentary coffee. We did have a pet with us and the yard is not fenced. The street is a busy one so don’t let your pets roam unleashed. The AC was nice and cold which we did enjoy. The area is a couple of streets off of Main Street so very quit! All in all we enjoyed the house and will keep it at the top of our list! We did not use the hot tub. The plate decorations served as a function mask. Both shower heads were rain shower , so no refreshing shower without washing your hair. The only reason I say this is I am a frequent rinse of person. No place is perfect and so I do consider this to still be at my top list.
