12 Acre Mini Resort - Pond, Views, Hot Tub

Skiers and snowmobilers, welcome! Riverview Retreat is for large groups looking for a one-of-a-kind property to make lifelong memories and experience all that Winter in New England has to offer.

Just 2 hours from Boston, we are less than 15 minutes from Loon Mountain and also accessible to Cannon Mountain and Waterville Valley. We have direct access to snowmobile trails from the property. After your adventure, come back and lounge in the hot tub and take in the incredible mountain views.

Neighborhood
Riverview Retreat is accessible, yet secluded so you can feel like you're getting a true getaway.

We will share a custom guidebook prior to your arrival but here are the highlights:

- Two hours north of Boston in the heart of the White Mountains.
- You will be a stone's throw from Franconia Notch State Park, home to Flume Gorge, Profile Lake, and Cannon Mountain.
- You are near some of the best hiking in the world in many of New Hampshire's State Parks.
- Less than 15 minutes from Loon Mountain in Lincoln for some of the best skiing New Hampshire has to offer.
- Easy access to Santa's Village and Mount Washington to the north.
- Easy drive down to Lake Squam and Lake Winni to the south for a day trip to Meredith.

Other things to note
Pothos Stays has on the ground staff if you need anything but the vast majority of guests check-in, enjoy their stay, and check-out with no in-person interaction.

We will share a detailed guidebook upon your booking with all of the information you could ever need.

Ministry Ski Trip

Great property, cleanliness, and communication from the owner. Fit exactly what we needed and had plenty of space. Great amenities to have fun when not doing activities in the town.

White Mountain Fun

The property was in a fabulous location for our desired recreation. The house and guest house were well appointed. The view was relaxing. There were tons of spaces for gathering and playing. We had a group with 11 children under 13 and this place was perfect. Kudos to the owner(s) for running a great rental!

Thanksgiving Mrmoried

My parents are 81 and 85 years old and wy always wanted to have that whole family together on Thanksgiving! This was the best gift we could have ever get in them. The house had everything we needed and was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing getaway!!

The place exceeded all our previous stays! it was very clean and had everything you want and need to make your vacation amazing! Host was very accommodating and responsive. We didnt even need to leave the property for entertainment, as this property has it all!

Riverview Retreat is an amazing getaway place!

Riverview Retreat is an amazing place! We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and location which is just minutes to the White Mountains. The accommodations were everything we hoped for and then some! Such a wonderful place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet, and nature, which is exactly why we chose to stay here. If you’re one to enjoy going out and about, there’s a great deal to do in the local areas as well. We highly recommend and plan to stay at Riverview Retreat again in the future.
