Admire unparalleled views from your private balcony while grilling your favorite steaks, patties, or veggies in the propane grill available. Then, you can hit the gym for your daily workout. Once you are done, take a refreshing shower and head over to the community hot tub for a soothing time!

Your condo is conveniently appointed with all the comfort and incredible amenities you could need for a memorable stay. Find a cozy living area furnished with a large sofa, a loveseat, and a rocking chair, a stone gas fireplace, and a smart TV with cable and streaming. The kitchen may be small, but it is complete with every appliance and cookware needed to whip up delicious meals for everyone, especially after a day in the mountains! Find a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and dishwasher. The adjoining dining table seats up to six people comfortably.

This retreat has two secluded bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have TVs, however, the main bedroom uniquely has an en suite bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
