Detta är en mycket strand vänlig enhet. Rengör med alla bekvämligheter. Fantastisk utsikt och massor av sekretess. Perfekt för ett par eller en familj på fyra personer. Sängarna är både drottningar och mycket bekvämt. Hoppas du kommer och tillbringa en underbar vecka eller mer. Det finns en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten samt sophantering och själv ren ugnen. En ny drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Nya golv och ny bänkskiva. Inget krångel, inget kladd. Vi har nyligen lagt wifi.

Family end on 2024 beach trip!!!

The condo was perfect for me and my children. Nice and cozy. We were able to spread out and be all together at the same time. The host Lanie was nice and very responsive. The property was beautiful, water views in the front and back. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including coffee! The condo building is in the perfect location, we wanted to be further away from the action. It was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for a Couple!

Great little one bedroom condo across from the beach. Great building with a beautiful pool area in back. Great access to the beach across the street, with small sitting and boardwalk to the beach. Condo has a great balcony for watching the waves. Condo was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend for a couple or even 4 with the pull out!

What a wonderful way to enjoy Gulf Shores

This Condo is just what we love about the Gulf Coast. This is the second time we have stayed here, and it was just fantastic. We will probably be back; it's a great place.

relaxing trip

The condo was in good shape. The layout was good. I would put bar height stools at the bar not the short chairs for the table, but other than that it was good. great location with easy access to the beach.

The room was ok but couch was old outdated and hard to sit on vents had mold and the door handle lock was sketchy and not very stable but the people are so nice there and was a great stay.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY AND UNIT!

We have stayed at GSSRC several times now, and the property is very well maintained. The staff is friendly, and the owner of this particular unit is very responsive. Rent it! Just don't rent it when I plan to be there next September...

Roaches

Very outdated and the kicker was when i went to put my shoes on and a roach went scurrying across them. Then as i was packing up my bag i found 2 in there. Will not be a happy beach goer at all if im paying an exterminator bill here in the next month!!

A nice little place. Comfy bed. Good air conditioning. This is as the west end of Gulf Shores so there aren’t any amenities within walking distance. However, food and grocery delivery was fine.

Anniversary vacation.

We had stayed here 4 years ago. So glad to be able to stay again. Many updates from previous time. We had an issue with the shower and it was taken care of the next day. Will most definitely come and stay again.

Perfect cozy condo room for us and our two pre teens boys… there is an ideal balcony to watch the surf or you can go out back of the condo and watch the sunset over the lagoon! Condo was nice and clean!

Little piece of blue heaven

Everything was clean. The only feedback I have is—-I’m guessing because of the humidity everything was a little wet to the touch. A dehumidifier might be handy to have! Communication with owner was fast and easy.

Very affordable and great facilities

Great place for the price. The only disappointment we had was the listing said it had a new sleeper sofa. Maybe it’s not been delivered but the sofa really needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The rest of the condo was very clean. Great access to the beach and pool area and grounds are very nice.

Rest, Relax, and Recharge

We love visiting Gulf Shores. We always look for a place that is on the beach and not overly priced. 412A at Surf & Racket Club was a good choice. It was clean enough and well equipped to accommodate our needs for a week. I would have liked to see some updates made. There are few hooks (1) to hand clothes/towels. The bathroom really had no place to set toiletries or hang a hand towel. Lightbulb above the sink was out as well. In the bedroom the outlet on the south wall did not work and would not hold a plug. There was no luggage racks to set your luggage on. When I went to plug in something behind the book shelf it was dirty and needed pulled out and cleaned. Living room just needs to be rethought. Table and chairs not needed. Just put four bar stools at the bar. Table lamps were wobbly and need repaired. Better seating than a leather chair in a 90 degree climate would be appreciated. Overall for the price not bad but some minor, inexpensive updates could be made that would make it much better. Positives- the bed was super comfortable. The huge countertop in the kitchen was wonderful. We loved the big walk in shower. The convenience of the washer/dryer combo was perfect. The frig had an ice maker which was wonderful. The 4 chairs and table on the balcony were great. Most importantly, the walk to the beach was short. Pick up your chairs from your vehicle and head to the beach through the Surf & Racket Club nice beach access. Location was great with less traffic.

Overall Wonderful

This location is absolutely stunning; perfect access to the beach and great amenities. We love Gulf Surf and Racquet Club. Checking in for this condo was easy with the key pad lock. The location was easy to access from the elevator which was great. The only small issue we had was with the smell walking to the condo, but it was nothing Febreze and leaving the door open for awhile didn’t fix.

Great Stay

Me and my Wife stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time. The condo was neat and very clean. It was even better than advertised. If you want a nice,quiet,clean affordable place to stay this is your go to. We will definitely be booking the condo again!

Quick weekend

Booked this as we were looking for a place near the water for the weekend so we could attend the Balloon fest in Foley. Unit was priced fair, has some age on it but still in nice shape. Views are fantastic. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
