Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city. Reopening dates are not gauranteed and are subject to change. The primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' garden tub. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has a queen bed, allowing up to 8 people to utilize the condo.

The upscale living room is completed by a large, smart TV and brand new sofa while overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is outfitted with new, stainless appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The over-sized balcony affords guests a breathtaking place to take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean and intercostal waterways.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
