Layout & Sleeping Arrangement:

The home has a split-level layout with three bedrooms upstairs (queen beds), the living, dining, and kitchen on the main level, the den, game room/play area, and the 4th bedroom downstairs (two twin beds). There are two memory foam foldable twin beds in the master bedroom closet for extra guest space. Access to the outdoors is through the dining area deck door or via the downstairs area.
