Great property and great location!

Mother/daughter vacation. We had a fabulous time and location is perfect. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved our stay!

Relaxing and conveniently located to all amenities

The property was well maintained, clean and people were all friendly. It is located close to all amenities and only steps away from the beach. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location, great host!

We enjoyed our stay very much in Kihei Akahi. The host was super friendly and responsive. The place was clean and well layed out. The roosters are a little noisy but with the sound machine (provided in condo) on we were mostly able to sleep through it. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely

This unit had all we need for our stay as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens). Appreciated the wagon, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards that were provided.

Ideal location

The condo is in an excellent location for whatever activities you have planned. The beach is a very short walk across the road and there are several choices for your dining pleasure. I would recommend Cafe O’Lei Kihei located about a block north of the condo. The shave ice stand next to the restaurant has the most delectable choices imaginable. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect, Easy and Fun!!!

Great central location. Easy to get to the beach, the sights, snorkeling, diving and groceries. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean and whales (if in season) makes that first cup of coffee superb. Steps away you can rent everything you need; kayak, snorkel gear, etc. The unit has two ac units which is a nice plus. Furnishings and the kitchen gear worked well.

Condo was very good. Great location. Large kitchen, comfortable living room. King size bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs/umbrella were great. Owners were very accommodating allowing a later check out time. Note to owners: you need to have a smaller table on the lanai, no room to move. Also patio door needs new rollers, grinding steel on steel right now. Would have been a 5 star review if not for the above items. Oh yeah, maybe supply more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1/2 roll paper towels for a 12 night stay?? Can easily be done for the rent charged.

View amazing, needs deep clean and linens.

The rental was adequate and had an amazing view. The rental could use a deep clean. We needed to clean all the sticky handles on the cabinets and we purchased new bath towels for comfort as the linens provided were dingy and heavily used. We appreciated the location and view which was better than the pictures seem! Our contact was easy to reach and kept in contact throughout the trip. Another thing to keep in mind, many furnishings are in their last leg, so be careful.

However, we must address the damages caused during your stay, notably the broken shower head and other items. We initiated a damage claim to cover the necessary repairs and appreciate your assistance in resolving the issue. Also, this was the first time our cleaning staff had to contact us about extensive cleaning due to condition the unit was left in. We truly try to make sure our guests have the best stay and mention in our guide that if the unit is not satisfactory upon arrival, we will gladly have our staff come back to address any issues. None of these issues mentioned in your review came up during your stay but I assure you, we could have promptly resolved them. The furnishings were all purchased in 2022 and regularly inspected to ensure it is in good condition for each guest. We value your feedback and are committed to maintaining and improving our property. We hope future guests will have a more seamless experience. Best regards

Fantastic Beach Condo

Couldn’t ask for more, location to beach, cleanliness, well stocked, 2 pools and tennis court, ease and promptness of communicating with the Hosts. This unit has been recently renovated with modern touches and beachy feel. Generous supply of towels, bedding and beach items. We look forward to staying with these Hosts on our next Maui vacation! They were wonderful.

Great Location!

We had such a great stay by the C506! The location is amazing—right across from Kam II and short walking distance to the Cinnamon Roll Place, Fred’s, & Coconuts. The sunset from the lanai was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice to take to the beach. There was great snorkeling very close, and all the trees and plants on the property were beautiful. The only downside was the thin walls/windows, we needed to be very quiet, but everyone seemed to be respectful of that and it was quiet at night (the sound machine by the bed was there just in case, but we didn’t need it)! We will definitely be back!

Rasheed and Mukai Amoo were far beyond great hosts! The condo was fully furnished and provided more than enough amenities for my wife and I while we enjoyed Maui! Thank you so much!
