The floor plan is a split entry with living room, kitchen and utility closet on the lower level with two bedrooms and full bath on the upper level. The main bedroom has a queen bed with solid foam mattress, tray ceiling with ceiling fan, sitting chair and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is set up with a twin bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and closet. This room is great for use as an office for extended stay guests. Within walking distance of Missouri University of Science & Technology, Phelps Health Hospital, churches, grocery stores, banks, beauty salons, the downtown and much, much more, this rental still maintains privacy along with convenience. With all new flooring, fresh paint and more, this unit provides a homey atmosphere along with rest, relaxation and inspiring work space!
