The open concept home had a huge kitchen island and all the cookware and dishes needed for a delicious home-cooked meal. Located just 20 minutes from Charleston and 30 minutes from Huntington, this home is perfect for anyone needing a large space or even just passing through.

We were headed back home after a rafting trip and wanted a place to stay for the family that was on route home. This place was great. PLENTY of room. Very clean. We enjoyed it!

Nice place. Great tv for watching movies. Nice big table that seats six (worked great for family game night!). Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the showers. Overall great place. John, the owner, was helpful in addressing any questions we had.

Sufficient

The property was where we needed it to be, parking was great and the home was spacious for our group of five. Unfortunately, it appeared as though no guests had been at the home for a while and a refresh cleaning was needed. The house was very dusty and we swept and wiped things down before using. There were only five small towels, no dish towels and no blankets for the sleeper sofa. The house was very much a no frills.

Great Place

6 of us stayed with our dog and had family come over for dinner. The house was perfect. Location was so easy with plenty of parking! Hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely book again in the future. It was a perfect experience. We don’t have a single complaint. It was spacious, clean, smelled great, central air and heat. Comfortable beds. You couldn’t ask for a better property! And the water pressure was phenomenal! No issues with showers!

Sibling trip

This house was perfect for our siblings to stay in while they were in town for a family reunion. The ones who lived locally came by and we all cooked and ate and enjoyed our time together. The kitchen was large enough for 3-4 of us to be in there at the same time. We will definitely stay ago!!

Wonderful Host!

The house was perfect for our group. Great location near restaurants. House was clean and so cute. The hosts were so inviting and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Charleston Location

The property is close to Charleston yet away from the congestion. The owner is wonderful to work with and responds quickly. We had a great visit with family.

Great House for events

The house was amazing. There’s adequate parking (7+ cars.) The house is spacious clean and comfortable. There's a small porch and table out back perfect for smoking. The host was kind enough to leave us a kit for a New Year’s party. I would definitely recommend for anyone passing through town or looking for a gathering place.

Teays Valley Family Reunion

Property was perfect. Fenced in yard was good for dog and kids. Host left chalk to write on the concrete patio. Floors were clean and uncarpeted which we appreciated, especially since we had toddlers. Only reason I couldn't give cleanliness 5 stars was because couches smelled. Will definitely return for next family reunion.

A perfect fit

We stayed at the property while renovations were being done at our house. It was the perfect location and we appreciated the property manager always reaching out. We were able to take our dog and the fenced in yard made it easy. Would highly recommend!!!
