**Post Hurricane Milton we have been blessed we had no major damage or flooding we lost a couple screen panels that we hope to have repaired shortly. We have power and internet** Sun, Fun & Positive Vibes awaits
There is no better way to enjoy your Florida retreat than right off the famous McGregor corridor. This beautiful 4 br/3 ba home with a large back yard, heated pool & fire pit. Located minutes to Cape Coral, short drive to Ft Myers & Sanibel Beaches not to mention Downtown & tons of shopping are also a short drive away. Our home has everything needed for your vacation, business trip, golfing trip, baseball trip or your family fun time.
Our house is fully equipped with everything you may need. The kitchen is well stocked, with pots, pans, plates, silverware, stove and oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, starter supplies of paper towels, dish soap etc.
We provide towels and soft sheets, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, along with other essentials.
There is high speed comcast wifi, wall-mounted HD Smart TVs in every bedroom, along with 65”TV’s the sitting area & living room. All have free YouTube TV, you also have the opportunity to log into your own accounts Netflix, Amazon prime etc.

Master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with private bathroom.
2nd Bedroom offers a queen size bed also with a private bathroom,
3rd bedroom offers a king size bed with shared hallway bathroom,
4th bedroom offers 2 twin beds with a shared hallway bathroom

Great weekend stay

Picked due to location, but this place was amazing. Tons of space, multiple living rooms to hang out, lots of outdoor activities. Excellent for a family or friends get together

Jason was great. He answered an questions we had and even provided his number in case we needed it which we didn't. His house was amazing, very open which was nice for our family. The pool area was great and we sat outside a lot. This was one of the niceness places we have stayed. The house also had a fire pit which was nice but it is a little hot this time of the year. It is very well maintained and would be great during a winter stay when it is cooler outside. The house also had little things like baskets in the bathrooms in case you forgot something. They had blankets which our girls loved in the evenings while watching movies. There were also books. My husband loved the Living Sanibel book so much he ordered one on Amazon.Overall an amazing stay. Thanks Jason!

Brief substitute home

Short stay while work on our home nearby. Beautiful home and property in lovely neighborhood. House is spacious, well kept and comfortable. Hosts were very communicative and cared about our stay.

Amazing stay!

We booked this property when we came to Florida for my daughter's college graduation. The owners were prompt in replying to my questions and very accommodating. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. We enjoyed every minute spent. Would highly recommend!!

Easy access to beaches and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It looked just like the pictures. There was plenty of space for our party of seven to relax. The pool and yard were very private and well maintained. The only downside was the noise from the busy road beside it. That being said it was very accessible and convenient to everything.

Ok, but not great

The location is close to a major road and the noise from the traffic was very loud when sitting outside. The back sliding glass door did not lock. There was an alarm that would go off randomly on different days/times (including twice at 6am), that we could not figure out what it related to and upon contacting the rental agency, they did not follow up with us. We could have used more blankets. There were no instructions about the trash/garbage. The WiFi was ok, but not great. On the plus side, the TVs worked well and the beds and couches were all very comfortable. In addition the water pressure was good. Washer and Dryer also worked well.

Beautiful, spacious, cozy house, private yard

We loved our stay this last week. The house was bigger than I expected with the master on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms and one of the other bedrooms at the front of the house, so lots of privacy. The house has been very nicely updated and was well-equipped. The backyard is very private with all the beautiful trees and vegetation. The street behind the house can be a bit noisy, but the yard is fenced, so feels very safe. The listing did state a whirlpool or hot tub, but there is not one. The pool is heated and the kids loved it even after dark until about 9 PM. There weren't any checkout instructions, so we just tidied up and expect someone was coming to clean. I didn't know if garbage outside was a risk for pests or animals. That would be my only suggestion, is to let us know what to do with the garbage (I didn't think to ask while we were packing up). Would absolutely stay over and over.
