Our calendar is always up to date. Beautifully updated 3 bedroom/3 bath plus sleeper sofa beachfront condo unit! All new furnishings and fresh paint (September 2022) make this condo a must for a relaxing beach vacation. Great location with a fantastic bakery and plenty to do close by as well!

Wonderful Beach Experience

This condo is gorgeous and very comfortable too. The beach decor is warm, and the rooms well-appointed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the beach is a short walk from the pool area. Everything in the unit was in good working order. Since the condo is on the third floor, it's easy to use the stairs if you wish. It was extremely nice to have a full bathroom for each bedroom. The welcome goodies were a nice treat. Erica, our host, was very communicative and quick to respond throughout the booking process and our stay. Ricky, the building manager, was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit.

Amazing condo!!

Condo was a solid 10/10. Completely spotless and everything we could need for our stay ( including popcorn lol). Alot of places will not be very specific about the 3 bed 3 bath. Maby have some bunks in the hall and call it a 3 bedroom. This was such a affordable 3bedroom 3 full bathrooms. Most importantly Erica our host was completely AMAZING!!!! From the 1st question i had about the room before booking she was always on top of everything. I had zero issues with the room during my 4 nights with my family. There is only assigned parking, we came back and a car was in our spot. I messaged Erica and before i could find the office on sight, a maintenance man was coming out to address the issue. Erica was a 10/10 from beginning to end!!! The heated pool was great for the kids. We have stayed at quite a few in the off season with a "heated pool", this really is a heated pool. The hotub was also very nice. Lastly every owner/renter was friendly. I will be definitely returning to this condo next spring!

The Sea Salt at Ocean Ritz just recently had a complete overhaul done - fresh paint and all new furniture make this unit a must-stay! The Ocean Ritz condo complex features some of the largest balconies along Panama City Beach, and the complex is a low-density complex with only 63 units - this means less elevator traffic and less people on the beach area too!

Low-density complex with less people using the elevator, shared amenities, and beach area in front of the complex. Easy parking with an assigned parking space just one flight of stairs away from the unit if you don't want to take the elevator.
