Villa Denise is a brand new villa with a spectacular view located in Kalyves Chania-Crete. It offers a 210m² plot with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of those bathrooms belong to the interior of the bedrooms) and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a jakuzzi spa with a capacity of 7 people on the roof of the villa where you can relax. The villa has many balconies where you can enjoy yourself while watching the sea,the mountains or the gardens. The beach is 650m away from the villa.

Villa Denise is located close but uphill to Kalyves. That means it is located in a quiet area but close to everthing at the same time.

The capacity of the villa is up to 8 people who will not be disappointed by the facilities which include 4 big comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 of those bathrooms belong to the interior of the 2 bedrooms), 2 living rooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and many big balconies where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The Villa is also equipped with a rooftop Jakuzzi that has a capacity of 7 people. Furthermore, Villa Denise has 6 TV sets with satellite connection and a Netflix subscription for those who don't want to miss their favorite series. Last but not least inside the villa you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing device.
