A quiet gem in the heart of town.

This spacious farm house is on a peaceful acre and you'd never know you were right in the heart of Gilbert! It has been through several rounds of beautiful renovations over the years, and is perfect for large families or small groups. There are plenty of bedrooms, three FULL bathrooms, and three different living spaces within the house to hang out. On the top floor we have merged two bedrooms to make a "sleepover" room perfect for cousins (or bridesmaids)! Plus a pool, tons of grass, and a small orchard. Come relax!

Jacaranda House is a large custom home on an acre lot. We are down an old farm road that most people pass by without even noticing. You'll be surprised that such a rural spot is right in the middle of town! But just down the street you will find shopping, restaurants, offices, and hospitals. We are very close to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, the Gilbert Temple, and San Tan Village.

Please enjoy the whole property! There is a locked storage unit and tack shed in the back, and the garage is also locked and not accessible to guests. You are very welcome to use the pool! Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Please follow posted signs, and never let children into the pool area unattended. Make sure to lock up when you're done!

We are in a quiet farm neighborhood that is watered by irrigation. Please be aware that about every two weeks the yard is flooded for 1-2 days. The pool is still accessible during this time, and kids often love to play in the irrigation.
