Lakefront Prescription on Webster Lake! A rare opportunity with direct water frontage on Webster Lake.

A family home with 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a full bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms (Queen bed in each) are facing the lake with views of the water and the large back yard that leads to the waters edge. The third bedroom has a Full sized bed. On the main level is the kitchen/dining, 1/2 bath, living room and the most beautiful and peaceful porch the spans the entire front of the house and overlooks the lake and backyard. Also, the garage is converted into a mini game room and hang out spot if it should rain. On the lower level is another bathroom and a living room with a pull out couch to round out the space. Sleeps up to 8 people.

Pets are welcome with prior owner approval. Be prepared to share a photo of your four-legged friend. If accepted, there is a pet fee and a pet agreement to sign.

Outside you will find a large backyard that leads to the waters edge. There is a dock, but the area is very shallow so a pontoon boat would be your best bet on this lake. There is a fire pit and there is a picnic table near the water for picnicking. Bring water shoes and a float or two, so you can enjoy some swimming and floating!

Webster Lake, a 606-acre lake set in central New Hampshire, tucks itself away from the hubbub of life s daily stresses. Webster Lake received its name from statesman Daniel Webster who spent many summers along the lake. Webster Lake has two public beaches on opposite sides of the shoreline, along with various public boating access launches. Webster Lake sits at a 400-foot elevation with an average depth of 18 feet and a maximum depth of 39 feet.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family stayed in this home the first week of July. The setting is beautiful as this is waterfront property. There is a sunroom off the kitchen/living area that is so welcoming. We would sit there often watching the lake activity whether it be water skiing, jet skiing, boating, fishing, you name it. The home is an older home that has been updated nicely. I wish the listing had mentioned that this home has lots of glass displays which can be challenging with little ones. We did have a bump in the road as the air conditioning system failed a couple of days into our trip. The owner provided a window air conditioner which helped with the first floor. The second floor had fans in all the bedrooms which helped. The owner was more than understanding of the situation and offered us an extra night's stay with check-out whenever we liked as well as a few additional perks. He also took us for a boat ride around the lake and told us of all the old tales and stories of the lake. What a great ride! The home offers kayaks and paddle boards for your water entertainment. There's also a dock on the property that we used to fish off of. All in all, this property is not high end but, is a welcoming relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy.
